In a word: HORRIBLE!! I recently sent my daughters beloved cello across country to Portland, OR from this store. I paid almost $300 to ship it, and insured it for $1,000. When it arrived, the box appeared undamaged, but upon opening her case, the cello had a crack in it. She had it evaluated at a repair shop, and they estimated the damage at @ $4,000. I asked the manager, Shane Wert, who has been extremely unhelpful and uncaring, to open a claim.The claim was "denied." When I called corporate UPS, they said it was HIS responsibility, because HIS store packed it, and that that is the reason his store carries liability insurance He refuses to take responsibility for the damage. Buyer beware! DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING OF VALUE from this location! Purchasing insurance from this unscrupulous merchant will only result in heartache. I am so sorry that I did not ship from either of my reliable, trusted regular UPS stores in York and Centerville. Those locations are staffed by honest and genuine folks who put the customer first.

Frustrated with my experience staff is friendly but doesnt explain things well. I came in to get a large box which cost $11 or so and to ship . I brought in my own packing materials and was going to pack the box myself. The girls at the counter said, oh, keep your materials we can use ours and do that for you. I asked if that was included in the box price and they said yes. When we get to time to checkout and ship they told me the box cost 22 dollars! When I questioned it they told me there was a fee for packing materials and them packing the box for me! I was so close to telling them to unpack it and let me do it but didnt want to cause a scene and keep other customers waiting.

Avoid this location! I was planning on opening a mailbox here for my business. As required by the store, I spent money to notarize the completed forms and emailed them along with my two pieces of ID (which the store said was acceptable.) I got an email from the store owner demanding a reason for my application since I didnt appear to live or work in Mount Joy, based on my address. I provided an explanation and offered references from other UPS Stores, but that wasnt good enough. Dont waste your time here. The UPS Store on Centerville Road was glad to get my business and even gave me a discount.

I find that all The employees at this store take pride in their customer service. Dog park Mount Joy has been relying on them for all of our printed materials for the past three years. The jobs are always done well ahead of the expected timeframe, and always done to perfection. I have seen them spend extra time and expertise to get a project right.when they couldve simply printed it the way we submitted it. Additionally, I ship items from this location for my job, and they are always careful and accommodating, even when I arrive 10 minutes before closing time. Thank you all!!!

Do not go here! Rude and unprofessional "John" works here! Had 44 boxes to ship and he made me feel unwanted so I went to Lititz location...much better service felt much more wanted there!! Never going back to Mt Joy location again!!!
