Please read this before signing a contract with Roof Rite , I wish I was lucky enough to have had a warning . Signed Contract for a Replacement slider door , new storm door , shutters and a Patio job . Now they are not the cheapest by far and I assumed Id get what I paid for . Boy was I wrong . Sliding door even after two measures , came in opening the wrong way . Storm door was not even the door I ordered . Their attitude about the storm door was that I should just "make do " . So both doors go back , wait 3 weeks , doors come , get installed . The Storm door is missing a closer , then they wanted to charge me for another !! Patio , looked good when they finished until they didnt properly apply the locking sand , the dye from sand locked onto all the red brick turning white . Its known as " Paver Haze " . So now they come by scrub with a chemical , not once but twice to get it off , meanwhile stripping off the factory seal on bricks . So next , they have to put a seal on it , guess what ? , they do it wrong and once the patio looks terrible . Signed contract March 3rd , now June 9th , still it is not right , spring is gone , never got to use . No one from the office ( owners ) never called to apologize, never offered to compensate in any way . Frankly I dont think they care , communication at the office is non existent, nobody knows whats going on . Waste of time , waste of money , aggravating beyond believe ! Be warned , get your work done by anyone other then these guys .

Roof Right replaced two roofs for us this year, both completed professionally and on schedule. Joe Anderson was fantastic right from the start and guided the scope of our project, answered a million questions, and exercised tremendous patience with us. He made a stressful process as organized and seamless as it could be. Shawn was a champion in keeping our job on schedule, despite some weather delays, and orchestrated the many moving parts, including material delivery and crew scheduling. We cant share enough glowing positives about Giovanni, our Project Manager, and Jose, our Crew Foreman. They both made us feel like we were in good hands the entire time. Giovanni provides reliable, conscientious, and quality oversight. He stuck with us until we were completely satisfied. Jose and his crew were polite, respectful, hard working, and diligent. When unexpected factors came up, Jose made sure we were informed and understood what steps would be taken. He impressed us with his trustworthy management and respectful approach. We would highly recommend Roof Right.

I hired Roof Right to replace a flat roof on the back of my home. To the average person, this doesnt seem like a big deal, however flat roofs as I learned are a challenge unto their own. Start to finish it was a great experience! Everyone I came into contact with was so polite. I called and made an appointment and Jason came to my home to inspect the roof. He walked me through the entire process from how the product works and looks to how its installed. It was nice to have someone take the time to explain the details. So often you have what feels like a contractor telling you what you need with out explanation or proof. This wasnt the case with Roof Right. I knew exactly what was going to happen and when it was going to happen. The crew showed up early and got to work right away. They also made sure that everything they brought in, they hauled out. My property was left exactly as they found it. Hands down I would recommend them to any homeowner!

These guys are TOP NOTCH!!! Jason spent almost three hours assessing our roof. Super thorough with pictures to show what was going on. Our house is a wood frame farmhouse from 1908. Half of the roof, the steep portion, was a tear off. Four layers of shakes and shingles. The entire process was documented with photos from start to finish. We were lucky enough to get a copper upgrade to our built in gutters on the porch as it was January and the weather was extremely cold. They were unable to use the adhesive and materials originally planned for because of the cold temperatures. They even touched up the paint on the porch afterwards around the new copper gutter. They went above and beyond, which is hard to find these days for contractors. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again. We had our roof done in January 2015.

Excellent. Persistent -- Roof Right sent two men to close up a spot where a squirrel was getting into our attic. As planned, they showed up right on time to coincide with the exterminator, who scared the squirrel out of the attic. Then, it was discovered that the hole was not in the roof where we had all assumed -- or not just there. There was also a more complicated situation involving an opening in the facia board (sp?) and a soffit. Some roofers might have thrown up their hands and left. But the two men from Roof Right moved their ladders, figured out a solution, and got it all closed up. And all of this occurred at the top of a 4-story townhouse in 30 degree weather. We highly recommend Roof Right based on this interaction!

Using a recommendation I contacted Roof Right of Hampstead to do repairs on my roof. I signed a contract for them to do the work for $400. I was told I didnt have to be home when the workers did the repairs. However, I was home. The work took 10 minutes. I understood there was a $350 minimum charge and felt the work was not worth any more. I spoke to Mark about some justification regarding my charge. . He was rude and very condescending and ultimately hung up on me. Lesson learned get more than one quote, see if the time justifies the price and I would never recommend Roof Right.

Roof Right replaced my roof, installed a ridge vent, installed new gutter downspouts and gutter guards. They were polite, professional, on time, reasonable, neat, and worked with me when I decided, AFTER the install of the gutters, to change some of the downspouting...oops. They came back and handled it immediately, no hassle, no charge. The roof looks great and I am one happy camper. Icing on the cake, they brought me flowers the first demo day of the job as they knew I had to stay in the house for work reasons and felt bad about the noise...WHAT?!

Amazing, from start to finish. Price was competitive, the staff were patient in teaching me roof knowledge and planning, the service was unbelievably great. Had my roof and gutters done. Checked over everything and couldnt believe the workmanship. Wow! If your interested, contact Jason Myers. Honest, patient, caring, non-manipulative, and willing to walk through everything with you. Dont take my word for it. If you are in the market for a new roof or any exterior work done on your house, just give them a chance.

I was really impressed with Roof Right from beginning to end. Everybody I interacted with was professional and friendly. The estimate process was easy and without pressure. Because of extenuating circumstances we had to wait several months before replacing our roof, and Roof Right honored the original estimate, which I appreciated. The delivery and installation crews showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned the area well afterwards. Our roof looks great! I highly recommend Roof Right.
