I was in town for a couple weeks staying with a friend. I had just come back from Europe and needed a quick shampoo. I thought Id just hit up the local Dominican spot for a shampoo and style. Well...it started with the shampoo. I told the young lady the water was cold. She warmed it, but each time she shampooed me the water was always cold. You know how stylist will put conditioner in and comb through your hair? The detangling process was kinda harsh and I have relaxed hair. The dryer was extremely hot! The metal clips were literally burning my scalp to the point I had to reposition them. I sat in the chair and the young lady asked if I wanted it blown out with flat irons at the end or your blown out with the blow dryer only. I said blow dryer only and this young lady proceeded to burn the heck out of my scalp with the blow dryer. My hair looked great when I left, but my scalp was sore. Then I got home and looked at my hair - I had a bald spot on the edge of my hair in the exact same place the metal clip was burning me under the dryer. I thought the only way your hair could be so badly damaged was with chemicals. They literally distroyed my hair in one visit. Now I have to seek treatment to restore the damaged area and hide it in the meantime by combing my hair over the bald area. Im so disappointed in the service I received. Unfortunately I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Went there for a trim, repeated like five times all I wanted was just a trim (which is normally just $10). I guess the lady who did my hair didnt understand English very well, because she gave me a blow out, and when I tried to tell her all I want was a trim, she said sure, after she blew it out. I thought she needed to do it to make trimming easier or something. I ended up paying $40 when all I wanted was a trim. If youre going to go here, maybe use google translate or something to ensure they understand what you want. The lady is good though, I just didnt appreciate paying four times what I was expecting to pay.

customer service is horrible. customers hair are not finish and they clean up and finish their win hair instead. I will never come back to this place. I didnt even want them to finish the service I left. very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service! I called for an appt and was told to come at 6:30. When I got there I was told that no one is here to do your hair. She has left. I will never go to this salon again!

I hate this salon. They do not listen. They do what they want for the money. My hair is dry and does not even look like I stepped foot into a hair salon. I would never go here again
