Awesome service from this place! Had my spark plugs changed before driving cross country moving to Maryland. The car started acting funny and I had a suspicion it was a bad job done on the plugs. A friend in the area recommended them so I gave them a try. McFaddens went out of the way to resolve the issue in the least expensive way for ME. It took a few visits and ended up being bad plugs, but the fact that the mechanic went out of his way to try the Lear expensive options first says a lot. In the end, the problem was fixed and it was WAY cheaper than any other place I had quoted. I wont be going any where else to get my car fixed!

Excellent service, a buisness with great integrity, efficient and knowledgable mechanics, and very friendly folks. Took my Jeep in for a diagnostic, they fixed the problem with the alternator within an hour, one that a previous mechanic had failed to check was fully good to go, and charged a fair and well deserved rate for their service. They really proved they care for their customers :)

If you ever want to be OVER CHARGED this is the spot to go to. I asked for a clutch in my vehicle .. they quoted $1198 and said it was going to take 7 hours .. 7 HOURS .. really?! After talking with neighbors in Laurel .. I found out that that is his reputation. I doubt this review will stay up; and Im sure the reviews before me are made-up".

I have tried to build an honest reputation and have no intentions of changing my ways. This city has been good to me and I will always try to be good to it and its residents.

Really good shop. Took my truck there to get timing and carb adjusted and they diagnosed other issues that were needed beyond that. They timed and adjusted carb perfectly. The staff was courteous and very knowledgeable and assisted me with what I needed. Highly recommend them.

I loved there service ! When I explained to James the issues I was having and that I wouldnt be able to get the car until 7 days later he worked with me and gave me a fare pice as well . I will be using there services from now on and also recommending them to friends
