In December 2014, Scott Link of Right Resources reached out to me regarding a position available with a local company in my field. Scott took the time to understand my skills, experience and interests and offered to submit my resume for a job that appeared to be a good fit. The company agreed and offered to interview with me right away. As we stepped through the process Scott was very helpful in providing regular updates, expectations and information about the position and company. Throughout the course of interviewing and negotiations Scott was personable, available, and helpful. This was my first opportunity to work with a recruiter and I really appreciated his guidance and support. Ultimately I was offered and accepted a position with the company and Im really looking forward joining their team next week. I would definitely recommend Scott and Right Resources to my colleagues.

I was most impressed with the lengths that Right Resources went to help me with my relocation to Maryland. After asking if he could help run my job search in Maryland, Mark paid to fly me into Baltimore and put me up downtown on a Thursday night. He personally introduced me to each of the 3 companies he had set up for me Friday, and by the time I got on the plane to head home Friday afternoon I had verbally accepted a job offer at my first choice company. Right Resources found us a great candidate for a Systems Administrator position that had been open for longer than we liked simply because we weren’t seeing good candidates. We hired one of their candidates who has been doing very well and met all his first year goals for getting his Microsoft certifications and earned himself a bonus. If we need a recruiter in the future, I’ll definitely use Right Resources.
