I got a job from Bear Staffing working for a company in york pa, the first 3 months were great the compeny is great, but about 2 months ago they hired a new guy for the york pa location, I had to stop by and pick up my check from the office, i walked in the new guy chris sat there in jeans and a tee, playing computer games, didnt think anything of it i have had that bored job before, but 2 weeks ago i was ready to transfer to the company i was working for, but chris dropped the ball and didnt tell me about the orentation, but when they asked him why i wasnt there he said i forgot, i never knew about it, then 3 days later he called me up and told me that my vacation was approved i told him i never asked for vacation, his respones was mmm i must of got people confused, no care i had to call and take care of it. he also failed to send the paper work in the mail that needed filled out, so he called me up and i filled it out over the phone, i found out later i was suppose to sign it, never signed it dont know how it got filled out properly with out my signiture. they find you work but you must stay on top of them and not let them shaft you.

I saw an add posted to Craigs list for cleaning technician so I responded. I got a call back within a few days, but I missed the call. I called back numerous times, but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. I finally got thru after trying again and a lady told me she would call back in 15 minutes, but never did. I sent an email too, but no response. They left me a voicemail so they apparently showed interest in speaking with me, but they never called back or respond to emails.

I have only been working for Bear for the past 7 weeks, so I cant give them a perfect score just yet, which is only fair. However, they do get you a job almost instantly. I filled out forms on their website, was sent on an interview to a nearby company, and started the job within a few days. I highly recommend them if you need a job ASAP and dont have time to sit around and wait after applying on Craigslist or Careerbuilder. Allison McCaffrey and Sherri, both do a great job.

Id give it less If I could, yeah they got me a job quick, but three weeks and I still havent gotten my first check. And I keep getting the run around. Not only that, any department I call goes straight to voice mail now. Needless to say this is Now the better business bureaus problem.

The Woodbury office never answers, or when they do they never call back I have been calling for weeks and still to have yet to get a return phone call
