My husband and I have had the luxury of having both of our children, now 4 and 2, attend My Beary 1st Steps. My friends are so jealous that we found such an amazing daycare! Similar to the other reviews, I was thrilled when Haydee Monterosso, the centers founder and executive director, presented us with the curriculum and shared her vision for the daycare. This is NOT a babysitting service, this is a wonderful, nuturing environment where my kids have learned more than I thought children this age could, including quite a bit of Spanish! Our children have learned about nutrition and health, math and science and my 4 year old was bringing home and reading flash cards last year! They are incredible. If you are looking for a place where you know your child is safe, loved, and challenged. This is the place for you! And its not just about the learning, they are kids, there is a TON OF FUN! The planning that goes in to weekly activities are outstanding! Ms. Haydee hosts an annual "tea party" where the kids receive hand written invitations to their homes and are invited to High Tea in dresses and dress clothes. The girls where hats and gloves, its ADORABLE! My kids especially love the summer curriculum where every Friday is a "themed" party including carnival, pirates, bouncehouse parties, kona ice truck visits, hawaiian day, and more! I really cant say enough! They are the BEST!

This daycare is outstanding. My son has been attending for several months now and we could not be happier. The atmosphere is so warm and loving. In fact, the kindness rubs off on the kids and their interactions are full of genuine warmth. There is an enormous amount of effort that goes into planning the kids activities. The daycare invites outside activities in as well, such as karate instructors, hula dancers, kona ice trucks, the library truck, etc. There are weekly themes to help the kids focus on learning and enjoying a wide array of topics. In addition to learning the basics to prepare for kindergarten, the kids also learn some cooking, Spanish, gardening, taking care of animals, learning about different cultures, and in general how to respect each other and adults. It is clear from the many photographs shared that the children are having a wonderful time and are being cared for as though they were family. There are smiles on everyones faces and it is evident that the amazing ladies of this daycare will do everything in their power to keep it that way.

We could not be more happy with our experience at My Beary 1st Steps. We have enrolled 2 children from infancy with them. They provide a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment. In addition, they go above and beyond in providing diverse learning programs and hands on activities that are engaging and fun. We were very impressed they offered a class structure for a facility their size and can see the results with our oldest child, who is 2. She is already confident with her numbers and letters. Both children are always excited to go to My Beary 1st Steps and as parents we have peace of mind. Haydee and her team have become like a second family. As such, we highly recommend them!

We enrolled our daughter last year because we were referred to MB1stS by family who has their son enrolled as well. The staff is very caring about our daughters education and behavior. She has learned manners as well as her ABCs while attending. She also has continued to learn Spanish since the whole staff is bi-lingual. At pick-up, Our daughter very often wants us to wait til she is done her fun activity she is doing. The program is very creative with all their activities and lesson plans. They very often have special days for the kids that they look forward to. I would definitely recommend MB1stS.

There is not enough I can say about My Beary 1st s Steps Daycare. Since coming there my child has flourished and has never been happier. She constantly comes home with a new knowledge from how the solar system is set up to the different parts of a plant, and has found great joy in educating her mother and me. Its great to know there is a place were she feels safe and loved. Cant wait for my youngest to go.

This daycare is amazing!! Kids have such a great time learning and getting to do so many activities that help them learn. They have lots of love and they get cared for. I really would recommend this daycare for anyone. It might be far for some people but its really worth the drive. Your kids will be happy here and will always be. Great education and environment for every kid.

My Beary 1st Steps is one of a kind. An up-close, personal environment, with tons of love for each of the children. They take the time, not only to teach, but to get to know each child and parent on a personal level. My son has grown in ways that have amazed me since day one. My Beary 1st Steps was the best decision we could have ever made.

The best place for kids in town. They are taught with an open minded curriculum that really prepares them and advances their learning skills. They are taught to cook, Spanish, Agriculture. Story time, arts and crafts. My Gym comes every Tuesday. And let’s not mention Crazy Friday’s on every Friday. Come see for your self

The staff are like family and do an excellent job at creating a loving nurturing environment to allow kids to learn, play, and grow. It is comforting to me a parent to know that my child is well taken care of and that she absolutely loves going to daycare!
