I was a skeptic when I came to these guys at first because you always hear bad things about Maaco. My 2006 mustang was in a bad accident and I didnt have collision coverage. Another shop wrote me an estimate for $8000 and there was no way I was fixing the car for that. I talked to the guys at maaco in rockville and they were great from the start. They arranged to pick the car up and they disassembled the car and wrote me an estimate for for just over $5000 and they assured me that it will be the final price. They fixed the car proffesinally it looks like new and drives great. More than anything else they delivered the car on a timely manner. I was very pleased with their proffessional and polite manner. 5 stars all around great experience

This was the 3rd estimate I got on fixing my bumper, and I also got advice from friends who know cars... so, I already knew the extent of the damage, and what it would take to fix it. Thats why I was pleasantly surprised that these guys were very transparent about the issue, and did not try to automatically push me into an expensive repair, which I didnt really need. They gave me an option between a temporary fix, and the expensive repair. I didnt get that at other shops. They simply quoted the expensive permanent repair. I got a good vibe from these guys. They seem like good people. I recommend this auto-body shop. Hire with confidence.

I had my car towed here a few weeks ago. There was a bit of a hiccup with the third party towing service (the towing companys driver misplaced my car key and I was getting the run around from the towing company, and it took a while to get to the bottom of the issue). Needless to say I was beyond frustrated, but Thabo, one of the guys, worked with me over the phone in a professional, courteous and understanding manner. He helped me get new keys. Overall, Im pretty pleased with my experience at this particular location. I intend to return to this store for future automotive needs.

I cant say enough about the service here. Thabo is very professional and knowledgeable, the service is more that what youll expect from a body shop.At first i took my 06 mazda, they made my car look like new and they save me money. Last they work on my Audi and i couldnt be any happier. Thabo and team are professional and Ill definitely come back here with my next car. Before this my wife wanted a new car. The paint was faded and there were a bunch of door dents on it. The whole experience was great from start to finish. They gave me a quick estimate, started painting it two days later, finished on time, and gave me a ride to and from Maaco. Very nice guys as well. And for a very reasonable price. Now my wife loves her Honda. I would definitely come back.

I had some small damage to the right fender, front hood and front bumper of my brand new car. It needed some light repairs and paint job. I was a bit skeptical, but once I spoke a little more with Thabo, I felt more comfortable. My car was repaired in the expected time and it looked great. Will suggest to friends

Excellent customer service and craftmanship. The prices at this maaco are unbelievable. There many bodyshops around gude dr so I got many estimates before commiting and everyones price was around $1200 and Thabo at Maaco wrote me an estimate for $650 and the job was amazing. Love love love them.

You need factory OEM paint, then expect to pay either for the Premium or the Platinum packages. That way you get the best paint job for the most bang for your buck. In terms of Body Work, fair and acceptable job. $1000 - $2239 for paint $500 - $800 for all body work
