24 Hours before leaving for my Honeymoon, I hydroplaned and bounced my car off of a guardrail. I called Progressive Auto Insurance and they worked above beyond to push the claim through quickly. They gave me the name of a few in network body shops near my home, I saw the great reviews for Imperial Auto Body and with little time to choose I gave them a call. I explained the situation and they said it would be no problem if I dropped the car off that night even though there were some technicalities left to finalize the claim, they even stayed open a little after their closing time to receive the car. I was able to leave for my honeymoon. While I was gone both Progressive and Imperial Auto Body emailed me to let me know all was aligned and the car work would be underway. I was able to enjoy my honeymoon worry free. When I got the car back, it was in amazing shape. The Car looked show room quality. They painted every piece that needed work end to end so you really cant see any changes in paint thickness. The back quarter of my Lexus ES350 extends all the way to the front of the car. Even though there wasnt any damage to the front section they painted the whole piece. It looks amazing. The car was still under warranty and when I took it to the dealer for some standard maintenance, I spoke with the service reps and I dont think they could tell there was any work done. They went above and beyond, its hard to find professionalism and customer service like this. If youre reading this review I would recommend you stop looking and give these guys a call right now.

I own a brand new Range Rover Autobiography, and on the Range Rover manufacturers website they said that Imperial Auto Body was a certified Range Rover collision repair center. I called the Range Rover dealership, Manhattan Range Rover in Bethesda Maryland. I can admit it, I am a super picky customer, and after the accident, I thought my vehicle would never be the same again, even thinking about trading it in for something else, but once I got it back, it was like I drove it off the show room floor. Flawless, and Perfect. Thankyou to the Staff at Imperial Auto Body for there great effort at making my truck and myself, feel like this accident never occurred. By the way, when I was in Imperials office, it seemed like a high end doctors office, not like a body shop. They had almost every manufacturer certification on the wall. I remember seeing Honda, Acura, Jaguar, Range Rover, Land Rover, Ford, Infiniti, Nissan, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, GM.... It was like wow, Imperial has really taken the step to get these certifications directly from the manufacturers, and that made me feel very impressed that they keep themselves educated with the automotive industry. Great Job Guys!!! This post I am leaving hopefully will get my opinion out there on how you guys are setting the bar in the automotive collision repair industry. Congrats to your success in making a customer that was going sell his brand new car, and decided to keep it because the vehicle looks, feels, and drives, like it never was in a major accident. Extremely Professional and Great Service! My insurance company first recommended Imperial after a hit and run done on my Lexus bumper out in King Farm! Read a lot of great reviews online and theyre all pretty accurate- thought I should write one on here myself because they definitely deserve it. This body shop doesnt LOOK like a body shop- feels like youre walking into a nicely setup office... not dirty or scummy, no old men looking at you ridiculously. Most of all, as a girl, I felt really comfortable there and not one person made me feel as if I didnt belong (a common feeling when you walk into auto places of any sort!). Really cool guys, Rob and Anthony helped me out instantly. Got me my rental and handled everything above and beyond my expectations! I was able to keep up with my car online, which was really helpful. Got the car back in no time only to find it was glowing and completely detailed inside/out!! Second time, I personally brought my car there for a ding done on my door in a parking lot. Flawless. These are honest guys who believe in fair work and quality, and will treat you as they would want to be treated. I was talking to Anthony and he told me he would treat my Lexus as if it were his own- and he definitely did. This place has consistently performed at a high level, A+ quality work, and are an excellent body shop high and low. Recommend them without reservation to anyone looking to get their car repaired, you wont regret it!

My Porsche dealer told me that they use Imperial auto body in Rockville. My cayenne turbo got hit and run while I was parked at Tysons Mall. The whole driver side got banged up. Iimperial took care of everything and my insurance company allstate told me they are a great shop. I got a life time guarantee. My husband said the car looks perfect again. I took my truck to Rockville Porsche for service and they said it looks perfect to. I am so happy with them I started a yelp account and wanted to write about Imperial and how they were perfect to my car from beginning t end . And they got me a sweet free upgrade at enterprise . They got the best hook up ever. Thankyou imperial auto body for making a bad experience e into something ok. Now I know where to go when I am in a bind. I recommend everyone and anyone t o go there. Did I mention there office looks like a fancy doctors office but for a car...lol... thankyou imperial...

Imperial is the BEST body shop in town. Literally, words cannot express how amazed I am by the level of service I received. They exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I felt like I was constantly informed in a pleasant manner what was being done to my car (Lexus SUV) and why. I was really impressed with the customer service from the time my car was towed to their shop and through out the repair process, but what really impressed me was the job that was done. The car looked brand new and no one would ever know that anything happened to it. Really clean job and they even vacuumed and the car was spotless when I got it back. I was so upset that my car had been in such a terrible accident, but I felt so much better knowing my car was in good hands. The guys at this shop are THE BEST!!!!

Imperial was suggested to me by Nationwide when my car spun out trying to avoid someone that stopped short in front of me causing me to crash into a Jersey wall. Their work was awesome. It looked like they even waxed the car and tires after the repairs were finished. One word of caution (and I take responsibility for this): Do not leave anything in your car that you dont want to have thrown away. My car is typically not the most tidy, but a silk flower from my great-grandmothers funeral, parking pass from school, and a few other things were thrown away presumably during detailing. The work they did was great despite this and I received a photo and status update on my car each business day. They even called Enterprise and set up a rental for me. Overall, a great experience.
