I went to see Kiko today for a door ding someone left me. Kiko was very friendly and professional. We walked over to the car and he pointed out a surface scratch I hadnt even seen. When all was said and done, he took care of both the ding and the scratch for a very good price and had me in and out in less than an hour. Dealing with auto body damage in the past, I had a lot of anxiety about getting this taken care of. Its so common to feel taken advantage of or as if youre forced to pay more than you believe something is worth to fix. This was the complete opposite. I highly recommend Kiko or anyone at Auto Dent. This was a rare instance of feeling as though I was being taken care of and having my concerns addressed was a top priority. I hope I dont have to return, but if I do, I know I will have another positive experience. Thanks to Kiko and everyone at Auto Dent for their efforts on my behalf.

I needed a few jobs done on my car. I took it to what was up to this point our regular auto repair shop Autoy/Autowerke. One of the items was wet sanding and buffing roof, pillars and trunk lid which Autoy/Autowerke sublet to this Keystone Cop operation. After I was told my car was done, I came by, paid the bill and took the car. When I got home I walked around it and realized that what was in front of me was what looked like a 3 year old’s attempt to sand the car. The roof and trunk looked OK but the rest of the car—in areas that did not have scarring and was not part of what I requested to have done—was wet sanded and not buffed and there was a burn mark in the paint by gas door (the primer was visible!). I returned the car to Autoy who in turn took it back to Autodent who were not able to fix their own screw up and so Autoy took it to yet another shop which did a better job.

This place is the worst place to do business. If your car is in need of repair NEVER take it here. The "Manager" , Sam, he is going to lie to you every step of the way. He doesnt return calls and doesnt follow through with his word. They had my truck in the shop for over a month, and i would have to call just to get an update. Sam will promise you a rental, and he will pay for it, but you, the customer, ends up paying for the rental yourself. The rental company ends up charging your card for charges you didnt authorize.After trying to get Auto Dent to cover the Rental, Sam decides to give a card that gets decline, for just an amount of $33.00. I still havent gotten my money back yet, but want you to know NEVER GO HERE!!!!
