OH MY GOD ! THIS SHOP IS SO AMAZING! The lady at the front desk name Ornia I hope im spelling her name right! She is so HELPFUL AND SHE REALLY CARES ABOUT YOUR CAR AS IF IT WAS HERE OWN AND SHE IS VERY NICE! I had a wonderful experience ! I recently got my second new car a Lexus ES350 and 1 week later I was hit by someone. The damages werent so bad she didnt hit me that hard. I looked up shops in my area to find to take my car I wanted a shop that I can trust with my car and something told me take it there and also I saw the reviews! She knows what she is talking about when it comes to cars you wouldnt think a women would know to much about cars! BUT SHE DOES :) She makes sure you understand whats going on and if you have any questions she is open to answer them! She always calls to let you know whats happening to it while it is in the shop ! It took about 2 weeks for it to be finish. When it was time for me to pick it up MY CAR LOOKED BRAND NEW ! I was so shocked! They wash the car for you they clean it! I couldnt thank her more than enough and the people there ! MY SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH THEM ! As soon as I got my car back 2 weeks later I was hit AGAIN by a driver who ran into the side of me when I was turning. It was a bad accident! I was so upset because I just got my car back from the first accident but I was more thankful I was alive ! My car looked total at the time! So once again after the accident happen the lady who hit me her insurance told me do I have a shop that I want to take it to I yelled YES Gilis Auto Body! It was such a long process from this accident and the damages done to the car ! I CALLED ORNIA and told her everything that happen and she took my car again to get fix and WORKED HER MAGIC!!! SHE EXPLAIN EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW SHE SAVED MY CAR FROM BEING TOTAL ! IT WAS 5% LEFT FROM BEING TOTAL IN MARYLAND! IT WAS A LONG PROCESS IT TOOK OVER A MONTH to fix my car because of the damages. She was so wonderful at keeping me updated with everything and making sure I was okay from the accident She took her time to make sure the car was right and perfect! I WILL FINALLY BE GETTING MY CAR BACK TOMORROW ! AND I KNOW IT WILL BE BACK TO BRAND NEW!! I WILL ALWAYS TAKE MY CAR HERE! If you have promblems with your car or been involed in a accident and live in maryland in silver spring TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOU WOULD NOT REGRET ☺️

Our old beater of a 2000 Sienna got soaked inside...a flood of water. Brought it GILIS AUTOBODY where Orna took it right in. Working through insurance GILIS stripped out the interior, cleaned up the water, power washed and disinfected the entire carpet and padding, mildew proofed it and replaced it better than new and smelling clean and fresh. They identified the cause of the leak as the sunroof drains which after 14 years were clogged through and through. They even installed some new rear speakers for me as the whole interior was already off. The car looks great inside and you cant tell that it was ever water damaged. Bring on the rain...my van will stay dry thanks to Gilis AUTOBODY. I wont go anywhere else and neither should you!!

Getting my car repaired at Gilis was the best choice I couldve made. I was recently in a hit-and-run accident that left significant damage to my tail light and bumper. The receptionist was very friendly and made a quote for me within 15 minutes of my arrival. She ordered the parts immediately (after market to save me money) on Friday and they came, as expected, on Monday morning. I dropped my car off Monday and picked it up in excellent condition on Thursday morning (although it was ready by Wednesday evening). The prices charged were very fair and much less than I initially expected. Thank you so much for your amazing service- I will definitely be back for all of my auto needs!

I’m a young professional in the area and was involved with my first automobile accident (hit and run). I got a quote from my insurance company and went to Gili’s as well. The office management was excellent to work with and very friendly. They explained to me how insurance companies process accidents and made sure that the work done to my car was done right. Throughout the week that I was getting my car fixed/dealing with the insurance company GIli’s kept me informed the whole way. The work was done within a few days and they did an amazing job. I would go back to Gili’s again.

I was hit on Rockville Pike and while I wasnt hurt, my car got banged up and it was more excitement than I really wanted that morning. The other drivers insurance company admitted fault and cut me a check for the repairs. Gili then went to bat for me to get the insurance to cover everything that NEEDED to be done to make the car right and to get me set up with a rental car for the duration. He got everything straight on the money side with the insurance for me and did the work right, I cant even tell where it was dented now. he did an awesome job on the paint match.

Just had a very similar experience as the last reviewer, with a rocker panel on my leased Honda Accord that got scraped by a big rock. I was ready to buy a new one but Gilis fixed the old one for cheaper. Now my car looks like new again, and the repair was done in one day, as promised. Gil himself even drove me to the Metro so I could get to work. Gil and his estimator, Greg, are the best auto body guys youll ever meet -- smart, honest, dependable and genuinely friendly. You cant go wrong with Gilis.

I have been a customer of Gilis Automotive for years, so his new autobody shop was the natural choice when I had a collision last week. The shop far exceeded my already high expectations... the area that was damaged looks gorgeous and runs like a dream. Now Im going to have to get those other little dings and scratches taken care of so the rest of the car will look as beautiful. And by the way, Gili saved me $100 on my insurance premium. If youre not bringing your car to Gilis, you should.

WOW!!! These people really take care of their customers. Was involved in a bad accident in December. The work was superb and I never had to call in for an update. Gilis with Orna at the front office are in constant communication with their clients. All work was finished on time and Gilis handled all situations with the other persons insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone and gladly return for all automotive needs, not just body work. Thanks Gilis. Ron T

My 2010 Honda Fit had a chunk of pavement hit it during a recent snowstorm, badly damaging a long thin trim piece below the doorframe. Gilis gave me a reasonable estimate to replace it, and had the car ready for me only 24 hours after I dropped it off. The repair looked flawless, Gili and employees were friendly and helpful. Theyll be getting my ding repair business, and any body repair I might have to do in the future is going straight to them.
