Considering it was a feel-bad experience that brought me here (hit-and-run damage), these folks were quite feel-good! Funny, efficient, courteous, friendly. For me the sign of professionalism is leaving something better that how you found it, and they took care to return the car cleaned and in a much better state than how it was dropped off. A bit of mint-on-the-pillow treatment! They handled things with the insurance company right away, so in all I would recommend this casual-feel shop.

It was my first time using Randolph Auto Body & Paint and they exceeded all my expectations. They fitted my new bumper perfectly and the paint is beautiful. They did the work in less time then estimated, called twice with updates, are very friendly and even washed and vacuumed my vehicle before I picked it up. Im very satisfied with the service and if ever I need body work again, this is my place.

I had a wonderful experience at Randlophs Autobody & Paint. I brought my BMW in with tons of dings and scratches. My car came back looking brand new!!! They even vacuumed the inside of my car, and now the interior also looks brand new. Im so glad I brought my car here. They quoted me a fair price and got the job done within a week. I was very impressed!
