L&M provided me with the hands-down-best-experience after a series of extremely unfortunate and horrible events. I am an Active Duty nurse and was driving to work early one morning when I was involved in a terrible accident. My car was nearly destroyed. I was hours late to work. And the Tow Truck company had a really hard time finding my car. L&M welcomed me with open arms first thing Monday morning, offered me some much-needed coffee, and then proceeded to walk me through the plan for my car - step by step. They even called Enterprise to make sure I was set up with a ride and a rental car before leaving their shop. John Lanham was resourceful, knowledgeable, and readily available by phone and email throughout the entire process. He took care of me like family and explained everything car-related in a way that even I could understand (which, trust me, is saying A LOT).

I bought my car brand new and a month later I was in an accident. Thankfully I wasnt injured but my car was damaged and I wasnt able to drive it. A friend of mine highly recommended that I tow my car to L&M Auto Body. I was hesitant but I ended up listening to him. It was the best advice I had received. L&M understood that I was already stressed out and made my process very easy and stress free. Their prices are AMAZING and youre guaranteed to receive the best quote. They work with almost all insurance companies and they even helped me work with my insurance company because I wasnt familiar with the process. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. When I picked up my car it looked like I was just buying it all over again... looked brand new! THANK YOU L&M for all of your amazing hard work! These guys are true professionals--the work they did was excellent, and the customer service was some of the best I have ever seen. Recently I took my vehicle to them with some door damage. To repair the damage they had to spend more time on it than they had originally estimated, but they knew I was paying out of pocket, and kept the price to the original estimate. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and they did such a good job matching the door to the older paint that I could not tell the difference. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality auto body work at a fair price. They deliver on their promises, and then go a step beyond that for their customers.

I rarely write reviews for businesses. But with the level of service that Kevin and company provide at L&M I couldnt in good conscience pass on a review. Their customer service far surpasses any auto body or repair shop Ive worked with in my 18 years of car ownership. In fact, Id go so far to say it would be wise for other businesses outside of the car repair industry to take some notes on how they treat their customers. Ive had two vehicles that were in accidents repaired at L&M. I also know others who have had work done at their shop. The reviews are never short of glowing. Experienced. Prompt. Affordable. Courteous. Honest. Customer-focused. If I could rate them six stars I would.

WOW THE SERVICE I HAD EXPERIENCED WITH TEAM L AND M AUTO BODY AND KEVIN WAS THE BEST SHOP SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN THE PAST 35 YEARS OF OWING A VEHICLE AND GETTING IT SERVICED!! KEVIN HAD GIVEN ME THE BEST ESTIMATE AND EVEN CUT ME A BREAK ON THE LABOR DUE TO MY FINANCIAL SITUATION GETTING LAID OFF MY JOB, TEAM L AND M AUTO BODY HAS THE BEST STAFF AND KEVIN IS A VERY UNDERSTANDING GENTLEMAN AND WILL SOMETIMES GO TO THE EXTRA MILE JUST TO SEE HIS CUSTOMERS HAPPY!!! Top-Notch, Very Good. Excellent Body Work! My car was hit with a few sheets of ice that damaged it. The guys at L&M were very professional and experienced. They replaced the bumper and spoiler, repainted it. Replaced the windshield, Removed some fender dents Repaired few other rust spots and painted them Their repair and paint job was impeccable. I was very pleased with their service in would recommend anyone to go there. They provided progress updates, delivered on time and did exactly what they said they would. A perfect transaction. Ill be taking my other car there for some work in the next few weeks. Keep up the great work guys!

/love is all I can say. Thank you John and company for taking care of my truck when I was rear ended. These guys are certified by basically every dealership in the area. They worked with Jeff at Geico to make things easy and perfect. If you were unfortunate enough to need your vehicle repaired, take it to L&M and they will treat you right. These guys treated me like family from the beginning and not just another paycheck. I shopped around and took my truck to every dealership and bodyshop around before I finally chose L&M. I already did the leg work and picked the best around, the choice is easy, call and ask for John.

I stopped by yesterday for an estimate to remove scratches and paint on my front right plastic bumper. The Manager, John Lanham, took a look and said he can remove the paint for free, but to fix the scratch properly it would cost a few hundred dollars. The scratches were pretty minor so he went and got some solvent and removed the paint in a couple of minutes, then went and got some polish and polished the area while I watched. I asked him how much and he said no charge, just come see me when you need body work. Wow! When was the last time someone fixed your car for free??

I highly recomend L&M Autobody to anyone who wants to be treated like family and friends while getting an austanding service. I love this shop because it is the only one that has the best costumer service I ever seen and the quality of what they do is excellent. John listened and adressed all my concerns giving me a very honest opinion of what my car needed. He is not only professional, he is very kind and went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy. My car looks excellent. I dont have to look for another autoshop because I will definitely come back to see John.

I would highly recommend Kevin and crew at L & M to all of my friends and family! I had minor damage to my hood and a front fender that needed to be replaced. My first two quotes from other body shops said they needed to do extensive repair and paint on the hood. L&M was able to pop out the dent and get it looking good as new for $300 less! Customer service was also spectacular and they even gave the interior of my car a quick clean before I drove away. If I ever need body work done I will definitely go back to them.

L & M is the place to go for auto-body work. They work with you and your insurance company to make the experience convenient and pleasant. They are honest and give you an accurate and professional assessment of what needs to be done. Their workmanship is way above par - my car looked like new when they finished the job. In addition the body work loooks like new months later. They are customer focused and will go out of their way to ensure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend the L & M body shop.
