The value of Daisy Import Auto is the trustworthiness of Ben & Ian and their skill in doing the job right for Hondas and Toyotas. I was referred to Ben & Ian by someone who had worked for them some years back and knew how they did business. It is a relief to find a shop that communicates openly and has a passion for taking care of cars. Our first service: dropped our 2002 Honda Odyssey (208k mi) off, with all service records, for brakes and timing belt replacement. Ben went over the car and records, then made recommendations based on our desire to keep the car as long as economically viable. I had a concern about the transmission for this model year. He provided guidance, and obviously knows the brand as well as issues with specific models. He found several problems (torn motor mounts, damaged front struts, transmission leak) that the dealer should have found when it was in for recall work 1 month before. When I picked up the car, he showed me all the parts - not because he wanted me to see they had been replaced, but because he really wanted me to understand what the mechanical issues had been. Unfortunately, Ben had also discovered our prior shop had cut corners (Im being kind) - for the last tune up, the other place had only changed the front spark plugs. Of course I had paid for a "complete" tune up. Based on our experience with Daisy servicing our Odyssey, we now also service our Toyota Camry with Ben. Service on the Camry has been equally excellent and has followed the same pattern. I have confidence in the reliability and operational safety of both cars. I dont want my wife and kids getting stuck roadside anywhere. The value of going to Daisy for me has been not only the quality of work, but the ability to have a frank discussion on how much money to put in the car. I feel I can rely on Ben to provide guidance on what is best for me. This will be of increasingly valuable as retirement of the Odyssey nears. Thanks Ben!

I cant say enough about the quality and knowledge of the care provided by Ben and the Daisy Import team. Ben was with me from the start of the journey that would eventually lead to my purchasing of an NSX; he performed the Pre Purchase Inspection and made me aware of the needs of the car in a thorough and precise manner. He even went out of his way to give his own advice on the sale and negotiating with the seller. In the end, I took his advice that this NSX was worth saving, completed the purchase, and trusted Ben & Daisy to bring it back up to 100%. When I dropped off the NSX, Ben was full of comments like "these two screws are missing" and "weve got to get a tow hook cover", immediately revealing his intimate expertise with these fine machines. His nickname of "the NSX whisperer" is well-deserved; this man is like a fountain of NSX knowledge and excellent to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process of servicing it and I knew he was doing everything he could to bring my NSX back to the way it should be. I feel he went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben & Daisy Import for any NSX owner in need. I stumbled upon Daisy Import Auto Care as an installer for TireRack almost 2 years ago, and haven’t wanted to take my car anywhere else since then. Ben and his team have completed routine maintenance and more involved repairs on my Acura. My car totally drives like new with over 100k miles ! They are craftsmen and take pride in their work. In my experience, they offer services at a great value with prices less than their competitors. Their customer service is also awesome - very friendly, responsive, reliable, and always take the time to answer all of my questions.

Timing belt replacement is expensive. So, I did my research. I got estimates and had conversations with seven different repair shops. A coworker recommended Daisy Auto. So, I called and had a very straightforward conversation with Ben about the repairs. I love the fact I can speak directly to the person doing the repairs on my car! This is the kind of shop that gets to know your car and you. The kind of shop that keeps you safe, your car in good tune and treats you fairly. A rare thing to find in auto shops anymore. I came away knowing I will return.

I recently moved to the area and chose Daisy Auto based on the great reviews I read. I was not disappointed! Ben resurrected my Nissan Sentra from near death about two months ago. He was honest regarding the cars ailments and what it would take to fix it taking extra time to show me exactly what was wrong. When I picked the car up, he showed me the worn out parts that he replaced. His price was great and the service was even better. Bottom line, If you want your car fixed right, take it to Daisy!

By far the best NSX shop around! I live over an hour and half away from Daisy, but I still drive the extra way to Daisy Import. Ben is the most knowledgeable and skilled NSX tech there is. He actually cares about your car and makes sure it is in top shape. He is the only person I trust with my car because I know its in great hands. Ben and Cliff just had my NSX recently for putting on my new turbo kit, great communication the entire process and everything came out perfect as usual with Daisy!

I dont take my car anywhere else. I have a Honda Accord. But, they work on high-end cars too. Ive drooled many a time over the NSXs they work on. The area around the shop is gorgeous too! You can drop your car off and take a walk!! Great for photography if thats your thing. The prices are fare and reasonable unlike going to the stealer, err uh, dealer.

Ben and his team of highly skilled mechanics did a great job on our 2005 Acura TL. Driven as a high mileage "kid car", Ben worked with me to determine the right amount of necessary work to make the car safe and reliable without breaking the bank.
