Though I hate it when my car has body damage, I always use Auto Fix. I willingly drive 60+ miles to use these guys because you cant go wrong with your home town, high-quality work. Theyve fixed my car twice after someone backed into it and sideswiped it. The first time was a dent that I could nearly sit in, the second was what appeared to be minor, but enough damage to cause a headache. Auto Fix minimized the headache. John and his team keep me updated every step of the way, are fully transparent on what work theyre going to do and talk you through it if you dont understand. Youre not nickled and dimed. What gets fixed is what needs to get fixed. Theyre very good at what they do and I have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of work. Granted, its never exciting when I have to go there, but I wont go anywhere else.

The BEST Customer Service and personal care is what you will find at Auto Fix. When I took my car for the initial estimate and was asked who would be doing the repairs on my car I replied Auto Fix in Westminster... The gentleman doing my estimate then replied back, Oh Great they are good people! It let me know my car was going to be in good hands and it was. John/owner takes special patience and time, handling all the behind the scene work that takes all the worries and stress away for the customer. Not to mention the work on my car was perfect, one couldnt tell that the car had ever been in an accident. I would highly recommend Auto Fix to those that want the worries of car repair to be a good experience... Thank you John and Auto Fix for that worry free experience!

Well I am wondering if something has changed based on these previous reviews, or he has people helping him. The vehicle hit a mailbox, tore the car up pretty good. But almost two months later?? Finally receive the car, and its still not correct (LED in Headlight not working). Disgusted isnt even the word, not to mention, every time we called, along with our insurance company, and the adjuster NO Answer. Try it now, I bet they dont answer. Leave message, NO callback ever, still have never called. Unprofessional, unpleasant and clearly NO customer service. 2 Months to fix a vehicle is unreasonable.

I had to put this out there because what was a bad situation with our suv (taking out a deer) turned into a positive experience at auto fix. They did a great job getting it back on the road in a timely fashion and being a car guy I can honestly say it looks better now than before the deer. It seems hard these days to find someone that cares for you car like you do. Thanks staff at Auto Fix!

Autofix really cared about my vehicle in getting it back on the road as quickly as possible. They took care of everything with the insurance company for me; which was a huge relief not to deal with the hassle of dealing with them. Took my Harley to John at auto fix. He did an amazing job transforming my motorcycle with a custom olive green that really pops. I couldnt be happier with the skill and the quality customer service I received. Every time I park my bike at ralleys or bars people always ask were I got that custom look. I recommend auto fix every time.
