This is a review (only two stars) that I would like to update once I take back my car but here goes my first experience. I went for a paint job on both the front and back bumpers. I am ok with the back bumper but the front is horrible. When I arrived at the shop, the front wasnt cleaned up and paint was wet but I took it anyway. I was in a hurry to go to work that I didnt take a good look. I called the shop and voiced my disappointment. UPDATE: I took back the car after a month or so and they tried their best to accommodate my request. They redid the paint. Zack is great at handling customers. He interacts with everyone nicely and he seems genuine. As in other shops, they struggle with keeping their word on job completion time. When I went to pick up my car, it was far from finished. Anyone could get upset and it is understandable but I had to do some reading anyway and I didnt have a problem sitting around there for a couple more hours. There is a Panera Bread across the street. You definitely need to call to ask if they finished the job. As expected, when I take the car the paint was wet and they didnt clean it up. I can go back for that. Over all, I dont have reservation on going back to this shop if I need service in the future. A shop I can trust is more important to me .

Zack did a great job on my car with a reasonable quote and a prompt service. He is always honest to the customers and cares about the quality. Definitely a good place to go for regular mechanical services and body work.
