Terrible communication, lack of professionalism, and pride on their work, took 22 days for the car to get fixed after a small fender bender. Came to pick it up and noticed the lack of pride on their work, how can I believe in their quality work when my car is returned with greasy finger prints and a layer of dust in the exterior and dirty interior? Even with a small spider web, and to make matters worst, an employee told me they are a body shop not a detail shop, I agree with him. I guess there is no pride in showing off their "quality work". I got it back dirtier than when they received it. I spoke with a manager not caring to get my car clean, just to ask if they offer a courtesy wash and vacuum after completion of a job, he said yes, and offered to wash the car while I waited. Due to their lack of deadlines and communication, Hertz charged me out of pocket because they kept hearing my car would be finished a certain day, that didnt happen so I had to keep calling to have the shop tell Hertz they still had my car. Their excuse to keep the car for so long was parts didnt arrive and/or were wrong even tho they ordered the right parts. At the end Hertz charged me $234 out of pocket because of the shop lack of communication with me and Hertz. I dont think is fair for me to pay for a rental when the shop took too long and didnt communicate. I dont believe the wrong parts story. I know how busy they get, they just dont have time to finish cars on time. Im still dealing with Hertz, I do not recommend this place to you if you care about your time and money. I wish I would have chosen a different shop with professional employees that pride on their work.

Like being abused after an attack. The people who hit my vehicle are lying and not taking responsibility for all the damage they did, so their insurance isnt willing to pay for it all to be fixed. My insurance suggested I get an estimate. Went to Arlington Collision Center and was treated like I was engaging in criminal activity by their estimate guy--Jeff Blanton--who really needs lessons in how to treat other human beings (especially women). Ive been in tears over this incident for days, only to then encounter his unprofessional, rude treatment. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and clearly the customer suffers due to behind the scenes wrangling of the insurers and body shops. He accused me of lying about Geico suggesting I get the estimate, then complained hed waste time in doing one, then clearly wrote it up for as high as he could possible go. The treatment verged on abusive. When I told Geico about him, they said, "Thats probably why hes not with us anymore." It was terrible experience on top of an already nightmarish situation.

If you are trying to get your car fixed quick this does NOT seems to be the place. Takes an estimator a week to even look at the vehicle. 4 weeks . The day it was supposed to be finished they called me to tell me they dont have some one to assemble the vehicle so that was the repeated answer for few days . A week later when everything was done the guy calls me to tell me they didnt realize that they dont have the front windshield so have to wait another day or two for that . THEN I was told that they waiting for specialist to reset the airbag warning ... I am speechless . AVOID THEM

I had an accident and I got referred to Arlington collision center and im so glad they referred me because they took very good care of me and my car. The front desk lady told me everything I had to know and I didnt have to ask any questions she took very care of me just like the rest of arlington collision center . Thank you

I went in to fix a dented hood. I hit a deer over the weekend and so it wasnt covered by insurance. I didnt need anything fancy -- just the dent bent back so I could shut my hood properly. They bent it back at no cost. I would definitely go back here.

They work for the insurance companies, not you. Horrible quality repairs. PS- No business anywhere provides an equal amount of 1-star and 5-star service. They are obviously paying for fake reviews.
