These guys did a great job on body work when i got into an accident, but if they have to take out your engine, i will suggest you take it elsewhere. A few days after getting my car repaired i noticed a check engine light. I called the shop and they told me to bring in the car. I brought the car to them and instead of them checking to see what was wrong, they sent the car to another mechanic to investigate. The other mechanic did not find anything wrong so he manually turned off the check engine light. A day later, check engine light appeared again, called them and told me to send the car back and he promised theyll take a look but didnt, and he promised that its nothing serious but it could be from the gas tank not shut properly or something minor and not to worry when check engine light comes back. So its time to get my emission inspection and cant pass because the check engine light is on. long story short, i ended up paying another mechanic over $300+ who found out that, some critical wires and hoses were left disconnected and tucked behind the engine after spectrum assembled the engine. The wires and hoses were wrapped in aluminum foil as their procedure when they take engines apart. I went back to spectrum to complain what they had done wrong and to my surprise they defended and insisted they didnt do such a thing. All i wanted was an apology, not even a refund. I definitely will not do any business with these guys again or recommend it to any of my friends or family, but i will admit, they do a good body work.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago to fix up a large dent left when another vehicle hit my parked car. The folks at Spectrum pounded the body back into shape, repainted a significant area on one side of my car, and had it cleaned inside and out before returning it to me. The work looks spectacular and there is no evidence of the collision or the fact that not all of the paint is from the factory. More importantly, the people I communicated with at the shop were all incredibly personable and professional. Last week, when another driver left a memento on my car (thankfully much, much smaller than the last), I knew immediately where Id be taking my car to get the work done. I will be returning my car to Spectrum for this new bit of work today. I confidently recommend this shop to others.

Ive used Spectrum twice now. Their service is great. My brand new car SICON TC Series 8 was hit on the side and I was afraid that it wont look brand new anymore. The guys at spectrum made sure to get the car looking as sharp as before the accident. They replaced all the parts with original new parts. The paint job looked awesome. They even cleaned it before returning the vehicle. In addition, through all this process (my car was in the shop for like a month), they made follow up calls to give me status of the progress. They even told me I could stop by anytime to check the car myself. Their service was very personal - they remembered me and were always friendly and helpful. I hope I dont get in another accident anytime soon, but if I do, Ill definitely go to them.

I dont write reviews that much but this place deserves one. Took my car there after my insurance told me about it. Also has good reviews so I went to check it out to get the side of my car repaired. They called me multiple times to give me updates on the progress of the repairs and when I could expect to pick it up. The repair was done really well and they did all sorts of extras at no charge. Patched up my tire which had a small air leak, cleaned the interior spotless, washed the tires to make them look really shiny and nice. They also arranged for Enterprise to come and pick me up for my car rental and I was also able to drop off my car at Spectrum which was nice. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repair.

The whole experience was professional and way above my expectations. The coordination between GEICO and Caliber was seemless, including the rental car. Caliber were professional, courteous and exceeded my expectations. My car was ready a day earlier than scheduled and the repairs look perfect. In these kinds of situations (following an accident) I usually fear the worst e.g. Hidden costs, extended repairs, insurance headaches, but Caliber managed my expectations perfectly, gave me regular progress updates via text, and were upfront about all charges and work to be completed. Whilst I hope I dont have any fender benders any time soon, if I do I know exactly where Im taking my car.

I had a very small fender bender and went to Spectrum after reading the good reviews on Google. The red coach is a little weird, but their service was excellent. They looked over my car, gave me an estimate, and immediately fixed the ding. All in my first visit and within 15 minutes. Albeit, I didnt have a huge problem like a quarter panel damage or something, but still, very quick service. Also while I was there I heard them taking the time to call the dealer about a part they installed as a follow up for a customer. More indications that they take the time to care about customers. Hopefully I wont have any more dings in my car, but if I do, Ill be back here first.

Spectrum is the BEST business I know of! I just had my 2nd totalled car repaired there, and Spectrums extraordinary quality of work, friendly timely customer service, advice on many aspects from all (Mark the owner, Maria, Glen, even new hire Jerel) was THE KEY factor! I just discovered their website in the process of deciding to write this, learned EVEN MORE great things about their firm, all of which is ACCURATE! I have never paid more than $8000 for a car; they treat the whole process and your car like its THEIR ROLLS Royce! Spectrum Auto Painting and Collision Center in Arlington, VA on Four Mile Run did a great job repairing my car! From start to finish, owner Mark Boudreau has a team that generates confidence by their attention to detail and the ability to communicate not only what needs to be done, but how important it is that your car not only looks great once again, but is also safe to drive.
