They did an excellent job repairing my husbands vehicle, coordinated every thing with my insurance as well. They checked in with status updates often which was really nice so youre not left wondering. When we got the vehicle back it looked like nothing had ever happened. All the people who helped us were very friendly and kind. In fact, I was just hit by someone yesterday and will be taking my vehicle to Caliber for the repairs. It means a lot that Caliber does such a fantastic job and there are caring people to help you through the process.

I had a less than satisfactory experience . The repair time was estimated to be 11 days, 43 days later I am just now picking up my vehicle. The process was drug out with false hope leading up to each completion date only to be pushed back to a later date.

just got my truck back today. Caliber Collision did an awesome job. very happy. I didnt think I would get my truck back so fast. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs bodywork done.

I would give negative stars if I could! This place is horrible! Bad customer service and they dont own up to their own miatakes. The worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop!
