Avoid NT auto body shop at all cost. This auto shop really got on our nerve. If your insurance company recommends you going to this auto shop and getting your loved car repairs, we (my brother and I) highly suggest that you should bring your car to the dealership where you bought it from or somewhere else you really know the shop. Apparently, we didnt know any of that since it was our first accident. 1. My brother left a few of personal properties in the car when the car was towed to the NT auto shop. When the car was done repairing a week later or so, we drove home and realized things were missing; a new phone mount still in the box, a couple of microfiber clothes, a knife, a bottle of hand sanitizer, quarters and pennies. They were in the center console storage compartment and the trunk. We went back to the shop and politely asked a mechanic whether theyve seen them or not. He went inside and had a brief talk to his boss maybe; a minute later, he brought out a $20 dollar bill and handed it to us. My brother said "fortunately, he didnt leave his $300+ gas gift card in the car". 2. One of photos below is taken from our cars trunk. Anybody can explain to us that why they drew on that board? Also, when we drove the car back, the interior was full of dust and dirt. 3. After driving the car for a couple of days, we constantly heard the clicking noise coming out from center console whenever the car was in motion. We went to the shop and had two mechanic testing drive the car. They came out a conclusion of wheel bearing malfunction. They said they needed to order the part; therefore, we went home waiting for their call. My brother drove the car back two days later for the part installation. After 2 hours waiting, he drove to work, but the noise was still existed. We eventually found the problem ourselves. There were signs of using a hard tool (could be a screw-driver) to pry the part open where the gear-stick is located. It caused the click inside broken and could not firmly closed. They denied it. Moreover, they suggested us going to Honda dealership see if we could got over it by saying its a manufactures defect. We certainly didnt go to Honda, because the signs were so obvious. We went back to the NT shop again and they confessed that the tow driver damaged it when the car was towing to the shop. They stated that the driver doesnt work for them, so they are not responsible for the repair. We called our insurance company. A moment later, we received a call from NT. They said that they are going to order the part. Days later, we brought our car in for the part replacement. We made a mark on the part. Guess what? the same part using adhesive gluing them together. This time, they damaged our screen, the chips on the edge of screen came off. (Shown in the picture attached) We will NEVER ever go back to this auto shop. We kept wasting our time and energy dealing with this disgusting auto shop back and forth because our insurance company recommended us to. We already paid them so whatever happens to the car, NT should be responsible the incomplete jobs theyve performed. Otherwise, we will definitely bring our car to somewhere else. We hate so much our adjuster convinced us to go to NT auto shop.

Ill start off by saying that the shop has great costumer service skills in calling you and making you feel like a valued costumer… It about ends there. I chose this shop based on their high reviews from Allstate, my insurance company. Well, I can now see why they have high reviews, but I will get to that later. The work they did on my car was substandard, to the point I had my car privately appraised, only to confirm what I could blatantly see in their workmanship. I was T-boned in the driver’s side door so it was smashed beyond repair. Parts that should have been replaced were simply repaired, ultimately endangering my safety. I went back to the shop twice, three times if you count the trip I made twice in one day -- to fix simple things such as the window rubbing, an air pocket, and the window not functioning properly. On my last visit, I pointed out to the Manager the structural damage that was not fixed properly (where my car’s smashed frame should have been cut away and new parts welded on), he blew it off like I did not know what I was talking about. Well sir, I did know what I was talking about. All to say, after the back-and-forth with this shop, I had the Allstate adjuster come back out to my car and inspect their substandard work. They agreed with me and are admitting my car back into another shop to re-repair the damage and shotty workmanship. The structural repair will be replaced like the industry standard indicates. When I picked up my car, they gave me a pamphlet explaining to me that if I filled out their online survey and give them a perfect review, they’d send me a $25 gift card. So unethical! I’d rather share my truthful experience in hopes that this will be a review people actually take stock in. I refuse to give credit where credit is definitely not due.

They seemed very friendly from the moment the car was turned in (my insurance selected this place). A phone call from the service manager assured how they planned to use all genuine parts (thus the long repair time... almost 4 weeks) from Germany to replace damaged area of my Audi. I patiently waited even after the first promised date was missed. Their friendly weekly updates somehow gave me comforts. When the car was finally ready, I assumed everything was great simply because how everyone acted so nicely. It was a day later when I was washing the car that I noticed misaligned huge gaps next to the hood. I pulled out an old photo of the car and I was right. The gap was ridiculously wide, say about 1/2 inch! Inside of hood was a chassis that was ground but not painted (I did not want the repair so obvious). As I began to clean interior of the car, noticed my black leather seats were covered with paint dust. And the paint dust was everywhere including vents. I took the car back for re-aligning body parts to more acceptable level (gave my old photo for reference). After a few days of stay at the body shop, the car was again covered with paint dust. This time I noticed windshield wiper chattering in rain and discovered the paint dust worked as if fine sand particles stuck to windshield preventing rubbers to move back and forth. I used paint remover to clean the windshield instead of bringing it back to the shop... that is until I discovered fog lamp no longer working (failed state inspection). Then headlights were discovered misaligned. All in all, I made three trips to the shop. Oh, well, I do agree that they continue to fix whatever problems I present without saying excuses, but that does not make me feel any better.

took my ten year old Chevy Tahoe to NT Body for some front end damage last week. The inprocess was well coordinated and quick. I had already made an appointment so they were expecting me. The estimator met me in the lobby, we went to inspect the vehicle, he took a few pictures, brought me back inside, gave me a seat and a bottle of water. In just a few short minutes he was back with the estimate and a timeline. I dropped my car off the next Monday, they called the rental car for me and in just another few short minutes I was on my way to work. Around mid-week they called with an update and, on the appointed day, they called to tell me my vehicle was ready. Another bottle of water and a quick inspection and it was over. They even arranged for me to leave the rental there and the Car Company would come pick it up. I believe these people also look for things to fix and not just the stuff you brought it in for. I had a scrape on my bumber grill that was not part of the damage they agreed to fix. They went ahead and smoothed it out and touched it up to match. I also had a rear, inside door light cover that had fallen off. They put it back on and secured it like new. That was really nice because I was having a very hard time finding a replacement light cover. My vehicle was much cleaner when I got it back than it was when I brought it to them. Overall a top notch performance. I would certainly bring my vehicle back to them if needed.
