Over the past 1 1/2 years while our 3-year-old son has been attending Sunshine daycare center; he has really thrived. Thanks to their nurturing and creativity. He always looks forward to seeing his teachers and all of the other children. Even though its difficult to be away from him while we are working, we had peace of mind in knowing that he was in such good hands during those times. Our son will be on a new venture attending PreK3-Kindergarten; thanks to all their great work at Sunshine Daycare he will be fully prepared. I sent my daughter there for about a year with me moving back to Maryland. Its convenient to Branch Ave Metro for any commute. Its a smaller center that provides meals, learning, and homework to encourage parents to work with their kids. It also has very FAIR prices that cant be beat. The fact that they offer great service and provide meals is not only comforting, but convenient. My daughter loved it there. She started PK3 this year, but still will be attending when school is out on breaks and or certain holidays. Im grateful to have found them and would truly recommend them to anyone. Despite the area, they also have diverse teachers and students.

I must say, this school has thoroughly impressed me! My child comes home with new skill sets on a daily basis. Some of the things she is learning is amazing, and she loves her teachers! Ms. Patty has over 40 years experience and she is fabulous! Mr. Howard is such a positive role model and the kids love him. They teach the S.T.E.M. program which is one of the main reasons I chose this school. Not to mention their quality of care for the kids is stellar. Your child would benefit in many ways by attending this school. And you will feel your child is in a wonderful, safe, learning environment conducive to giving the best education possible!

My daughter has been with Sunshine for 2 years and its been a wonderful 2 years! I love the small classroom setting, the hours are great and the price was perfect! They provide breakfast, lunch and a small snack and my daughter definitely blossomed while attending. Unfortunately its time for us to move on, but Mr. Howard said we are welcome to bring her back if we need them for drop in services. The teachers are very loving and treat your kids like they are their own! I love that they give homework, to get parents and kids used to doing this before they enter Kindergarten. Id highly recommend them for childcare services!!

My daughters time at Sunshine daycare was absolutely AMAZING!!! For the past year she went to school everyday excited to see her friends and teachers... every since the first there I saw improvement in all aspects... I sometimes asks what did they do with my child because she has grown so much mentally there... Mr. Howard is the prefect male figure for the children and they absolutely love him. I hate that she has to go on to elementary school but I definitely recommend sunshine daycare as a place of learning for your child!

My son has been attending 2 years old, and the staff they are awesome. The hours are great and they genuinely try to work with the parens to help prepare the kids for school as well as layin groundwork for early development. My son is now in First Grade and goes back for Summer Camp, oh and did I mention the prices are reasonable as well and to get all of that plus not break the bank is a good thing

Its a small center on a side street but overall I dont have any complaints. My son has been there for about 4 months and he loves it and never cries. I wish that he learned a little more then they do. They send home homwork with letters but its obvious they havent done much work on thier letters during the day. Overall nice, loving and clean.

This a great daycare center and very affordable!!!!!!!! I was really scared about sending my son to daycare for the 1st time but Ms.Patty was so welcoming and comforting when I went on the tour of the daycare. Unfortunately we are moving soon so he wont be able to stay at this center but if I could I would pack them up and move them with me!

My daughter blossomed while under the care and direction of this organization. The two years she spent there, was filled with fun, learning and overall comfort. Due to the family relocating, I am finding that most centers do not prepare or educate the kids as well as the Sunshine Daycare staff. I would definitely recommend this center.

LOVED our experience there! They have set the foundation for learning for our daughter. Mr. Howard and Miss Patty are good people who treat your children like they are their own! Trust me, you cant go wrong with Sunshine Daycare and this is the honest truth : )
