I have been receiving their service for about 6 months. I think like most people, I had this sense of anxeity and awkwardness about the idea of someone cleaning my apartment for me. In general me and my girlfriend would do our best to maintain our home, but every few months or so one or two details would fall behind, or we would miss a week of chores and things would just snowball into a mess that would make it difficult to want to clean at all. During a particular stressful time for us I decided to look into a house cleaning service to try and lighten the load for us and settled on Maid Pro based on a much fairer price than what their competition was asking. I settled on a 2 week schedule and in general have been very pleased with the outcome. Originally I was going to stop after a month, but I find that having them come in every 2 weeks prevents things from getting out of hand and we get to look forward to a spotless clean home when they come by. I highly recommend considering Maid Pro even if you dont find yourself dreading doing chores or enjoy them. The service is great even for a modest lifestyle. Some basic assessments: -Not every Maid is as good as others, but they all have done a great job cleaning and customer serivice has done well to correct some mistakes. -Very good price that is based on the time it takes to clean your home, this is great if you live in an apartment. -They are good at fufilling simple extra requests that might be overlooked otherwose. -They are friendly with cats

I was very weary after reading the reviews on line But when I talked to Roy the new owner he told me "Ive completely overhauled " Well I had heard that before.So he came over himself I showed what EXACTLY the way (Im FUSSY) I wanted the job done.Roy assured me if not no $$$ and more bad reviews Well he sent these unbelievable couple Chris and wife (sorry forgot her name) They are just great not only cleaning but really super nice people I ask for them to do something the way Id prefer no sweat. And it took two days (PLACE WAS A MESS) Job is GREAT and I will use them again and Very Highly recommend them DO NOT GO BYE the old reviews.

This goes out to the office in Salem, MA. I am so happy!!! There is truly nothing like coming home after working a very long week and seeing sparkling clean house!!! I have had several cleaners over the years and some have been good and others shouldnt be in the business. But this woman that cleans my house, is AWESOME!!!! She did things I didnt even think to ask for or even expect her to do. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! It really is a wonderful relief to come home and not have to worry about the house. Plus, and this was important to me...they accept credit cards!!!!
