MaidPro is an excellent service for keeping your home looking great! Weve been using our service for about 6 months and its been a god-send. We are especially happy with our personal service provider, Deolinda. Shes reliable, efficient and overall a great representative of MaidPro. The back office folks (Jackie and Roy) are very helpful too. Heres the best thing about MaidPro...our home smells wonderful after Linda is done. We live in a small 1 BR in the city and, of course, over time the smells from the city and our kitchen tend to make the place smell musty and old. After Linda comes by (and thankfully uses Murphys Oil Soap for us...our request [note: MaidPro is very flexible]) the place just smells so good. I know its a little thing...but in 500 sq. feet of living space...well, we just love when MaidPro/Linda visit. Keep up the great work and we highly recommend them. To anyone considering trying them out, we recommend just trying a one-time cleaning...thats how we got hooked. --------- Update January 2017: We are continually grateful and happy when Linda comes by (monthly) and makes our place look and smell wonderful! We love "cleaning" days when she make our place shine. Please keep up the great work. Were looking forward continued success and prosperity for you all in this new year! We have used MaidPro for 4-5 months. We switched from another Boston cleaning service. We love MaidPro and most importantly, we LOVE our Pro, Nora! She is extremely thorough and very detail oriented. She always leaves a friendly note on the table with a summary of what she has completed. I would encourage anyone to ask for her when signing up! My husband and I are always thrilled to come home when we know that she has cleaned. Overall, MaidPro is super easy to use, clear about very fair cleaning prices and [fantastically] high cleaning standards, fast in response times and very flexible with rescheduling cleaning appointments, if needed. Roy (back at the office is also really pleasant and has been very helpful with scheduling. If youre looking for a great, longterm cleaning solution--MaidPro (and Nora!) is the way to go--great value, worth every penny.

I had the cleaner from MaidPro came today. I trusted the google reviews and now I found they are so different from the ones on yelp. I wish I read the yelp reviews first ! This is the worst cleaning I can expect. They caused more damage than cleaning -- dirt on table, counter top, floor and they covered my brand-new fridge, microwave and hardware floor with a layer of wired smelling spray -- even didnt wipe that off !! I paid $25 extra to clean the inside stove, and I didnt see any difference!! On top of that, they left all the lights in my house (3 floors, 10+ lights) on for the entire day!

I am really disappointed with Maidpros level of service. They left my porcelain floors sticky and many areas of the floor was not cleaned such that spills remained on the floor. I sent in pictures but they did nothing about it. My pantry floor was not swept, my deck not dusted. I sent pictures of the dust but got no response from Maidpro. I had to point out the yellow stains around my bathroom sink and had to have Maidpro redo shower floor as it was left brown. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service. All previous Maids I had did a much better job than Maidpro.

We had our first office cleaning from MaidPro today, and Deolinda (Linda) Silva did a great job on the first real cleaning since our office space was renovated and we moved in. There was tons of sawdust leftover from the renovations that she carefully removed all of. She also did a thorough job cleaning the floor, moving furniture out of the way and cleaning tabletops as she went. Were looking forward to having Linda back in a couple weeks to help keep the space clean now that its not so far behind. Thanks!

MaidPro stands by their clean. This could have been a review with a much different outcome - I wasnt happy with my cleaning earlier this week, and as they said they would, sent someone to reclean my apartment the very next day. This second clean was everything I had wanted the first to be, and then some (and since this person has now been assigned to my apartment, will hopefully continue to be!). Im thrilled with the clean, and with the service, and all at a reasonable price! Who could ask for more?

We have used MaidPro for a few years and have Marcia as our Pro. She is absolutely amazing and really the reason weve kept MaidPro for so long. She does a spectacular job, paying attention to all the small details and leaving our apartment in such a fabulous condition. We are always so excited to come home to our clean apartment the days we know shes come. The company has always been responsive to our requests and they have been easy to work with. We are very satisfied customers.

VERY Dissappointing. Hired the Kingston,MA office to clean my house and they could never get it right. Missed cleaning areas of my home everytime they came. One time they sent someone back to fix the problem, other times I fixed it myself. NEVER offered a credit for the cleaning or even an appology. Checklist is a great idea, if the employees would use it. Charge alot of money for a lousy cleaning job! Let them go after a few unsuccessful cleaning jobs. Would NOT recommend.

MaidPro Boston - Great Service! Maidpro Boston has done such a wonderful job cleaning my house. Maria is the person who cleans our house and she always does such an amazing job. Our kids make such a mess of our house, but after Maria comes the house looks spotless. She is very hard working. Price is reasonable and overall just a great service. Jackie - from the Boston office - is also very professional and great to work with. Thank you!

MaidPro has come every other week to clean my apartment for about a year and a half. They provide great service at competitive prices. They are always responsive, and are great about reminders, letting you know in advance if there is a necessary schedule change, and are very accommodating when you need to change your date of service. I wouldnt use any other company for maid service.

I have to say Elba and MaidPro do a great job in cleaning my apartment. Id recommend MaidPro to anyone (and do), its so worth the money not to have to clean myself! My favorite day of the week is the day that MaidPro cleans. The minute I open the door I can smell the clean. The place is always neat and tidy. I do not know what I would do without MaidPro!

My experience with them has been a good one in general mainly because of their very attentive customer service. Once I realyl disliked the way they cleaned the house and told them how dissatisfied I was and they send someone else the next day and she did the whole thing again for free. And this second person will continue cleaning my house biweekly.
