Im Sarni I ever used them! I wish I could rate them negative 356 stars. I dropped off two bags of laundry for wash and fold service at their Financial District location on a Tuesday and was told they would be ready for pickup on Thursday. After Thursday came and went and I hadnt heard anything I called them on Friday afternoon. The person I spoke with couldnt find any record of my laundry in their system, but promised to check in with one of their other locations and call me right back. Long story short, it took 5 additional phone calls between Friday and Sunday to find out where my laundry was (being promised Id be called back after each of them, but never getting any return call). When I finally did get an update they said the laundry wouldnt be ready until Wednesday at the earliest. When I finally got word that my laundry was done (on Thursday), I picked it up but they were missing one of the bags and had no idea where the rest of my laundry had gone (there was also a random strangers shoe amidst the randomly assorted laundry). When they found the other bag at another location (in the North End) I asked if they could deliver it to me, which they said they could probably do the following week (nope!). Instead I had to drive back into the city at rush hour to pick up the remaining bag before they closed. The best part is that they promised not to charge me due to the total cluster-F, but when I checked my bank account there was a charge from them. Now I have to dispute the charge and waste more time because of their incompetence. Seriously, do not risk having all of your laundry lost or ruined by these idiots.

Dont go here. A man in front of me in line was dropping off pants to be tailored. When he assumed that he would pay when the work was complete, the woman working looked past him to roll her eyes at me. When I was asked when I would like my clothes ready, I asked if the following day was possible- she said yes and then charged me extra for a rush without letting me know. I stopped by the next day at 3pm to pick up- they werent ready (no problem)- So I went by at 6 and she told me she was closed and wouldnt give me my clothes. No apologies or caring tone. Go somewhere else.

When I was giving my shirts to them, their machine didnt work so I had to fill in a paper form. I had to stop by 3 times and every time I stopped by they couldnt even locate where my shirts were. They delayed my order already by 4 days. Its been a week and they couldnt laundry the shirts. Save yourself some time, dont use this location. I think I will just gift my shirts to them and buy the new ones. Completely disfunctional place, couldnt be worse, only in the movies...

Fast service, even same day. Free pickup and delivery to my office. Love it. High quality and consistent cleaning. Ive used them for more than a year now. very satisfied.

I dont like writing bad reviews and you have to work very hard to make me upset. They lost two orders of 6 shirts each with no record in system. I beg you not to use them

I guess what you would expect from a dry cleaner in the financial district. A little pricey, so make sure to use the coupons that they have in their website
