This dry cleaner has damaged three of my suits yet they refuse to take responsibility for doing the damage. They handed me a pile of industry propaganda horsecrap stating that the manufacturer was responsible. These suits were relatively high end designers. After i showed them two damaged suits they still refused responsibility. Now three suits are damaged by them. These were less than 1 year old suits. Now nearly all my suits are damaged and on two occasions they have denied, deflected and refused to accept responsibility. They wont own up and admit when they have made a mistake. I went back to Mens Wearhouse and told them that they were blaming Joseph Abboud for this and they laughed in their face. Since speaking to management and asking for them to act reasonably is not working I feel I have to take this out on the blogs and look into a rip off report.

My son dropped off pant and a shirt to be iron and the ticket stated it was going to be ready friday. Friday came and only the pants were at the location. I called and left a message with the manager for a call back, needless to say i never received a call back. Came saturday to see what can be done since the shirt is to be use for a dance saturday, I even offered to drive to fall river to pick up the shirt.Well my shirt is not in fall river either. Poor organization, bad customer service.

Thought I had a location close to work in the downtown area... and then I wandered around Front and Water St for close to 15 mins. This is their office and not a service location! Thanks Google!
