They did a so-so job on cleaning my daughters jacket. I was told, when I left the jacket I could use a competitors coupon, but when I picked up the jacket it was a different answer. The owners daughter, rude and nasty, said no to the coupon. I should of went to the competitor. What a way to do business....tell a customer that they can use a coupon then after garments are clean and you go to pick it up, say no you cant use the coupon. You stuck paying the regular price because its to late to take it elsewhere. If thats how they get customers I want no part of it. They can have my $13 and maybe the daughter can use that money and any other money they take in from screwing customers and save up to buy a personality.

tried it twice. "lost" some of my clothing the first time but they did not provide me with a receipt at drop off so its my fault apparently. the next time there were items missing again that i supposedly didnt bring in... until i produced the drop off receipt and of course they were in the back... be sure to ask for a receipt at drop-off, no matter what they say
