I have been a customer of Beverly Cleaners (across from Walgreens) in Beverly Ma 01915 since they opened over 5 years ago. Ritchie is also my esteemed tailor, repairer of clothing, travel bags and dry cleans my wifes UGGS as well. The quality by which he performs these services is top notch, the other dry cleaners in the area have outdated equipment and dont have the quality care and attention to detail that Ritchie has. The cost is a fraction of what other dry cleaners charge, I bring everything to Ritchie for peace of mind and good business sense. We have all left money in our clothes, Ritchie returns the money, he is honest and very pleasant to talk to all the time. All in all, 6 stars for consistency, quality, great pricing and breadth of services...

If I could do 10 stars I would!! Beverly Cleaners has been my dry cleaner and tailor for the past couple of years. Richie and his wife are incredibly accommodating, VERY fairly priced, and most importantly provide excellent work. Truly some of the best customer service I have experience from ANY service business in town... Need an example? Yesterday I picked up several suits and taped to my receipt was the ten cents that was in one of my pant pockets... We should all take note.

My go to dry cleaners in Beverly! Always so nice, friendly and helpful! Even when I needed something done last minute..... no problem! They got it done right away for me! Wont go anywhere else! Highly recommend! :)
