Ive just had the worst customer service experience of my life with the manager there. After waiting over two weeks for my comforter (I was told to come back three times and then, when I called in to check, I was told that my gigantic comforter could not be found!), I finally got it back and its color was barely recognizable. I also came to find out that my comforter had just been sitting "over there" in the corner of the shop the whole time Id been waiting, driving miles thinking I could pick it up and calling in about it. I spoke with the manager and explained politely and calmly that I expected a discount due to the extreme un-timeliness of the services provided and the discoloration. Apparently the manager is the owners son and, therefore, is not fired despite his total disregard and disdain for his customers. He said the official policy is to say, "Im sorry", (rudely) but that no discounts would be given. I disputed his flawed logic for several minutes... "Were a small business, we dont give out discounts like the big places." Then how can you compete with them for my loyalty, which I prefer to give to a small business? Then I asked, "Would you pay full price for a shirt with buttons missing?" he replied, "Sure I would, Id just bring it here!" Great! He finally offered, very curtly, to give me a few dollars from his own wallet. I took them to give him a taste of his own rude, bullying medicine, then paid (still too much) and left. Although Id explained in vain that if he had just been genuine in his regret over the result of their service and offered to compensate me with even a measly discount to make up for my inconvenience I would have been satisfied, his final words when I said I would be making a complaint against his horrid customer service were, "See, thats why we dont give discounts, because it doesnt even matter and the customer will complain anyhow." That would not have been the case had he been reasonable with me for one instant! Please take your business elsewhere!

Flair is terrible, stay away. I had a pair of pants hemmed there and they did a good job hemming the pants but used black thread on light gray pants. Looks terrible. I recently dropped off shirts to be cleaned. They werent done on time (a few days, not a tough target to hit) but I needed them for a wedding. Turns out they were sitting in a bin of wet laundry on Friday, waiting to be dried on Monday. Nice. Flair sucks and the people who work there arent any better. Nobody there cares. What a waste of time and money. Stay away.

very sad - brought in a plain black shirt for my husband to wear on our wedding day - told them specifically its for a wedding so please be careful - we got the shirt back COVERED in a white film that my husband spent our entire wedding day morning trying to remove himself with household items. Very disappointing. will NEVER return .
