Dishonest. Rude. impolite. BEWARE I decided to try them and on my fourth visit this week they overcharged me and didnt give me all of my items back. Beware of the old lady and man. The price discrepancy involved the fact that I gave them many button down shirts ($2.95) and polos ($8.50). I confirmed these prices prior. After I used my Visa card (over my AMEX) at their request to save on fees, I noted to them that they charged me $8.50 for ALL shirts on the receipt but they refused to correct it and told me I should "go to Lynn if I wanted cheaper prices." They also charged $8.50 to clean a pair of shorts. It had nothing to do with price and everything to do with them intentionally overcharging. Instead, I will return to one of the TWO dry cleaners in Marblehead who are cheaper, honest, and behave decently. The lady had admitted they had an inexperienced new employee working when my order was dropped off and instead of just correct her mistake (which I wouldve been fine with), she lost a customer and lost much more money than they decided to take and keep. What I wanted was them to correct what was more than obviously wrong with the bill, but they were more interested in retaining short money to lose a life long customer and a poor reputation.

Good location and super friendly, mainly due to the old lady who is there in the mornings during the week, however, the shop is very expensive and seems sneaky. Dropping of shirts, they wouldnt run them through the dry cleaner and would fail to tell me. Ive had many shirts with stains and they often dont get them out, even when Ive pointed them out, nor do they tell me they cannot. They also decided one day they were going up on their prices didnt inform me until I was checking out with a few shirts. Unacceptable if you ask me. Im currently searching for a new reliable dry cleaner that tells me they cannot remove stains and warns if they are going up on their prices. Enough said.
