The girl at the front on Monday 8/29 was rude, unprofessional, very lazy, ignorant, and basically totally rude and actually ugly! How much did I pay for these sashes that I need pressed? None of your business honey! So stick your nose up in the air cuz your store will never dry clean anything of mine or anyone elses! Going to the better business bureau for your unprofessional attitude!

I received an email stating if you dropped of pants by the 15th of July you would receive 25% off. I showed the email when I picked up pants. I was told I needed to show coupon whe I dropped off pants. I said I did not know it was a coupon but an email stating a time period in which I did. No we cannot give discount Lost me and my family Terrible way to do business

Dependable Cleaners is the best around! On several occasions they have asked if I wanted a shirt or pant "re-washed" to see if a stain could be removed. They also have found the hem of my pants coming on done and have called to see if I want it fixed! Everyone is super friendly and their 24 hour is so convenient! They are the best!

I have been a customer of Dependable in Hanover for over 20 years. The staff are great, the regulars especially, even the fill ins. Only once have I had an issue and it was resolved (this was years ago). Always a smiling face and offer to look the order over to make sure everything is okay. I would highly recommend!

Most recently, a sweater was returned to me with a note saying they felt with more time, they could do better with stain removal. I was able to send it back and it was cleaned further with no cost. Very happy with their service.
