As I walked into the Clean Factory I quickly realized I wasnt in your typical dry cleaner. There was soft music playing, beautiful hardwood floors and a plethora of unique merchandise displayed. I was greeted by the staff immediately, pleasantly and with a smile. All of which seems to be a rarity these days. Pricing is very reasonable, or lower than, others that offer comparable services. One of the differences, which sets the Clean Factory apart from others for me, is the extra care and attention to detail that is given to all my dry cleaning. Such as de-pilling. Its very time consuming, which I dont have alot to spare, and my wool coat and sweaters came back looking like new. Setting up an account was quick with just basic information. I also gave my email address, as one is sent the moment my order is ready to pick up, another extra that is unique. I left that day with a VIP bag, the first is free, its versatile, convenient and also comes with its own perks as well. Go take a look. You wont be disappointed. A very happy customer
