I was a customer for almost 16 years, loved old owner! Lately, I am not that happy... On two different occasions I came in and my order was not ready on the day that was listed on the receipt. The owner told me he is getting busier, which is good for his business, but unfortunately not working out for his customers (me). I had to come in following day to pick up my orders and was not given any apology. The new helper they got not very friendly and very slow. When you stopping in to drop off or pick up at 7am on your way to work, and trying to get to Boston, spending 15-20 min in dry cleaner because she can not ever find any once staff right away- is unacceptable.

It is so nice to know that my clothes arent being cleaned with harsh chemicals!!! My dry cleaning clothes prior to Beach Bluff Cleaners had a strong gasoline order to them when I took them out of the bag. Now they smell great and I know that I am doing the right thing for earth!!! I have been going here for about 5 years. I went for the green, chemical free cleaning, but LOVE the service. Never a lost item, always pleasant, fair prices and fast service. Hopefully this is the future for dry-cleaning.
