You did great! The cleaning job was excellent; I appreciated the attention to detail on the bad stain, thank you! The turn around time is great, but best of all is your staff of young people. Each and every one of them is pleasant, respectful and well informed. Unfortunately, rare qualities found in youth today. What a great team! My only suggestion would be that youre careful with your clip hangers. I had a velvet scarf cleaned and they made dents in the fabric. Velvet is known for that. It took a lot of work to brush the fabric out. They were also used for a very fine pair of wool pants. Had I not picked them up quickly, I suspect they may have done them harm as well. Aside from this issue I am very happy with my experience. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

To begin, I appreciate your professionalism and respect that I am treated with when I drop off and pick up. I am one of your younger customers, and often I am not treated with respect or taken seriously when I use a service, or conduct business, that is not the case with your team at the East Gloucester location. On top of that, the quality of your work is superb! I have attempted to use DeMarcos cleaners, because it costs 15 dollars to get a suit cleaned by them, whereas it costs 25 from you, but I always find myself returning to you. We took advantage of using the Welcome Bag offer. Great communication - Followed up on a snag in the service and still returned the article in a condition better than I had sent it. We intentionally put in 3 really sad looking shirts and the shirts came out looking like brand new. The dress and jacket came out as expected. The tag with the list of charges credited would indicate your charges are less than my previous cleaner. We will use your service again. Thank you.

Very good experience, I bring a lot in to be dry cleaned during the summer. The service is prompt and efficient. One little issue I have: Occasionally a top is not ironed as well as I would like, and sweaters in general are folded, then hung over a hanger so they are always creased when I take them off. Since my main reason for dry-cleaning is the fact that I hate to iron, its a little disappointing when I do end up having to iron something after I paid for dry cleaning.

My experience with Northeast Cleaners has bee exceptional. My driver Gary comes by my home twice a week to deliver or pick up my dry cleaning. I simply leave the bag outside and my clothes are returned in a few days. They provide two bags which works really well. I am billed once a month directly to my credit card so do not worry about anything.

I love, LOVE these people! They are a great company: environmentally conscious, fabulous service, and very responsive to the slightest customer service issues. I would never go anywhere else. The home delivery (by The Delightful Bill) is an absolute luxury (at no extra cost). They serve a lot of the North Shore. Were lucky to have them.

Nearest Cleaners is the best! Our driver, Gary, is extremely reliable, quick with a smile and always brings my clothes to the door if the weather is bad!. Always ahead of schedule. I say I need em by Wednesday and I get an email its ready Tuesday. And they still have the same seamstress, Chanty. Shes just on her own by the 7-11 on Bass Ave. I can get something altered and she sends them out to Noreast for dry cleaning. Its great.
