I am absolutely amazed at how beautiful my carpets look! Its almost the same feeling I had when the carpets were new! Jeff and Jason cleaned the wall to wall carpeting and several area rugs. I did not have high expectations. Weve had the carpets cleaned in the past by various companies and each time, they looked better, but soon after, the same stains and "worn out" look returned. We have some problem areas due to pets and active teens. We almost threw out one of the area rugs because it looked so bad. Jeff said he could bring it back to life and I cannot express how impressed I am with the fresh "like new" look it has from the cleaning. He cleaned it multiple times until it was clean and did the same with all problem areas. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with this service. Jeff seemed genuinely interested and invested in the service. He even offered to take the area rugs to his business in order to put more time into the cleaning process. Then he contacted me to give an update and let me know when they would be returned. Bone Dry carpet cleaning provides excellent customer service and carpet cleaning. I highly recommend this company!

The best carpet cleaning service ever!!! I cant say enough good about this company. My 14 year old light beige hallway carpet gets heavy traffic as it connects the front door to the kitchen, living room, and upstairs level plus we have 2 long haired cats and a yellow lab mix that sheds so much she should be bald. The carpet looked more brown than beige, there were stains that I thought were permanent and the nap was flattened. Jeff and his crew worked really hard and made that carpet look like new.again. I was amazed!. Jeff only uses organic products because he is concerned for the well being of both people and pets. He and his employees were professional but very personable. I used one of the big national companies last year. They couldnt get the stains out and the carpet didnt look half as good as it does now. If you are thinking of having your carpets cleaned, call Jeff at Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning. Their prices are reasonable, their work is meticulous and .they are just nice people. It doesnt get any better than that.

Jeff got back to me within hours of my email, and offered a very economical price. He and Larry were prompt, friendly, and very conscientious. They explained what they were doing and then got it done. Jeff really loves his job and takes pride in his work, and the results were dramatic! I have a very light carpet and a very active household (2 boys), so I had no idea how much he could accomplish. The carpet looks great, and I am very pleased! Even my entryway stairs are clean and fresh. I definitely recommend Bone Dry! Review #2: We were moving into a new home, and decided last minute to have the bedroom carpets cleaned. Jeff squeezed us into a very busy Friday so that our bedrooms would be fresh and clean before moving in! I couldnt be happier with our recent carpet cleaning thanks to Bone Dry! From my first phone call inquiring about their rates they were friendly, helpful, available quickly and flexible to my schedule. Their team was so friendly when they came to the house, and they worked quickly but carefully to ensure the best possible clean for our needs. We were in the process of preparing our house for a newborn, and they were extra thoughtful about the products used and how they used them during the cleaning, while also making sure our rugs were cleaned thoroughly. They clearly care about the work theyre doing, and truly want to do the best job possible, all with very fair and reasonable rates! Jeff and Jared were at my house this morning and did a fantastic job on my wool carpet! I only wish I had called them before I used a couple different cleaners on my own to get out some stains, which actually made the stains much worse. They worked diligently and the carpet looks SO MUCH BETTER! Not only did they do a great job, they were super friendly and seemed to take such pride in what they do. Jeff even told me to give him a call if I get another stain on my carpet and hell stop by when hes in the neighborhood and treat it for me. I HIGHLY recommend Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning. Well, I am one of the most critical people you will meet, I am a scientist, doctor, and if they had marketed this carpet cleaning service to me, I would not have believed it. Literally, we were looking at REPLACING 90% of our carpets, they had not been professionally cleaned in 12 years, and with 4 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats, you can imagine their condition (I thought irreparable). After they were done, both my wife and I were STUNNED, literally speechless, we even laughed about how much were almost about to spend on new carpets, so talking about money well spent, you cannot go wrong with this service and the price!
