I have been a customer of Reliable for over 20 years and have always had excellent service. A week ago brought an alter cover for our church in to be dry cleaned. The price on my receipt was $6.50. Today I went to pick it up and was charged $13.50. The clerk stated that it should have been charged as a tablecloth instead of a runner. I explained that the error in judgement as to what "title" should have been listed was their fault, not mine. They refused to accept this responsibility and I had to pay more that double what I was told would be the price. I informed them that I would now be changing cleaners and that because of a small error that they refused to accept, they would now be losing several hundreds of dollars in business. This did seem to bother them at all. My recommendation is to choose another cleaner because you too will at some point in time be subject to this total lack of customer concern.

Ive been using them for the last 10 years and have never had a problem. My clothes are always ready when promised, the staff is friendly and efficient, almost alway in and out of there in about 5 minutes. They can also provide you with a laundry bag and code for an after hours laundry chute so you can drop off anytime you want. ..very convenient! !

I had a job interview in under 24 hours and like a fool I didnt have my suit cleaned and pressed, I called up every dry cleaner in the area asking if there was anything they could do for me, the only people that said they could was Reliable Cleaners and they did. They now get all of my business and I recommend them to everyone.

Love Reliable Cleaners. I have used them for over 20 years and never had an issue. I dont think I would change cleaners over a $6 misunderstanding... just grab a bunch of extra calendars and call it even. JW
