While using Aeroteks service I was told by my career guide that certain company was unwilling to employ due to my background check. When i asked if they (Aerotek) was still going to continue to help me obtain employment, i was told yes and that was the last i ever heard from them. Thatt was 3 months ago. Upon further investigation on my own behalf, the company that Aerotek told me would not hire because of my background check I applied with directly, and was given a interview date and was told that upon completion of the interview, be ready to submit a drug screening to complete the application process. So im guessing once I complete this interview my background wont be keeping me from being hired at all. I guess we will find out. Thank you Aerotek!

My experience was honestly not great. I had an appointment at 3 p.m. so I got there at 2:50. I necked in with the receptionist then sat and waited in the waiting room till 3:30. Then I left. While I was waiting I watched numerous other people come and go and I just kept being told that the person I had the appointment with was on the phone. I just didnt really feel like dealing with them so much after that. If thats the impression they make on me, I wonder what kind of impression they make on the employers that they work with? Doesnt seem like a very good advocate for me if theyre not as professional as I would like to appear.

I actually hired a person using your services, and I must say worst mistake ever. Within One month of hire found out she was using internet to learn how to do her job, within two months our company was missing personable items, three months of the hire she tested positive for marijuana use so we performed our own background check and the results were bad. All I got to say is WOW! Now with the help of Craigslist, OTC UA kits, I screen my own staff, plus do a more thorough background check than what your company provided me with. Thanks a lot cost me a small fortune to learn a valuable lesson. Never again aerotek

Was placed on a temp to perm assignment that ended abruptly, and upon it ending, was told that I was "mistaken" that it was ever going to be a permanent position; client and Aerotek both played dumb about it ending even though obviously it was something they agreed upon. Attempted to communicate with my recruiter and she wouldnt return my calls. No other assignment opportunities were lined up, not even interviews - I applied for unemployment due to the lack of work and it took me over a month of requests for them to concede and submit the hours appropriately! STAY AWAY

Would not recommend this company to anyone over 40, If you are over 40 they will place you in a dead end data entry position with no chance of moving forward, even if you have the skills needed for entry level positions. This company encourages employees to lie to their employers. So, if you are an employer looking to hire someone I fully suggest going over to Hummanix, where they care about their employees. Aerotek supports hiring women that are pot smoking prostitutes and have no skills accept in the bedroom

If I could give more stars I would. These guys changed my life so much! Madelyn was absolutely amazing! Shes super sweet and worked very hard to find me a job that I could do while under major physical restrictions from an L&I injury. Now Im in my new contract to hire position and absolutely love it! I am recommending all my friends and family here when they are looking for a good job. Thank you so much for helping me find somewhere I can grow and still see my family!

I would not recommend. I went in for an interview then got a call a few days later for a posistion they found for me. I said I wouldnt be able to start immediately due to other obligations but was interested. The recruiter said she would call me back and let me know if that worked. She never got back to me and Aerotek dropped me completely. They wasted my time with the initial interview to get into their program and didnt follow through.

My wife had applied and received an interview 2 days later and then the following week got a job. The job ended up not panning out and was not what she was looking for. Within a week they found her another job that was temporary and ended up becoming temp to hire, moved up in her position as a temp and received a raise. She ended up getting hired directly on and loves it. Her receuiter was very attentive and active in her placement

Sumalee is a horrible recruiter! They are commission based so dont trust the recruiters. They were mad that I didnt take a position after I was already set up for a different location. They blame everyone and everything but themselves when things dont go right. They dont care about safety training either! Company is a joke no wonder the reviews are so bad, take a hint and trust that they are liars and love shifting blame!

Would not return my calls or messages for more than a week, had to call every day and ask another employee to tell my recruiter to answer the phone, because she ignored my calls while at her desk. Huge waste of time if they arent going to help you find work instead of telling you they will just leave you hanging
