Go to this location because they have drive up service and have sciatica so not having to get out of the car is a big plus. Made the mistake of driving into the furthest lane. The gal inside looked out her window but never came out. I went inside and she told me I had parked in the wrong lane. I said it was a good thing I came in or Id be in my car all day. There was no sign I could see saying not to park in that lane. I sent a complaint email through the companys web site and got zero response, not even a generic reply. Why she couldnt have walked the additional 8 feet and taken my clothing and explained I was in the wrong lane I dont know. There was no one else in the shop so it wasnt as if she was busy helping someone else. These guys do a good job, a little on the expensive side, but this kind of lazy service is a poor reflection on American labor. Ill continue to use them but will be sure to park in the correct lane next time since I dont want to inconvenience their staff.

The service is always outstanding! They greet me by name, are always happy and while its not important in the realm of a review, they are very kind to my two dogs, who often take the ride to drop/off and pick/up. If it wasnt for the excellent customer service, I would most likely locate another cleaners closer to my home. Caroline and Tasha are amazing. They always greet with a good morning/afternoon by name. The staff is fantastic and personable. The clothes are done on time and are always professionally presented. I have been with Dependable Cleaners in N. Weymouth since needing to wear business professional attire to work and I havent been disappointed once! The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is I believe there is no such thing as perfect - but Dependable in N. Weymouth is close.

Drive through service, pick up and drop off. Great service, very nice employees who are always pleasant, and they do a great job with my clothes. I would recommend dependable cleaners to anyone (and do). Dont underestimate the impact good service can have on your day.
