This is the second time I have posted about the bad customer service at Dorothys Dry Cleaning. They called my mother stating that she needed to pick up a pair of pants. My mother contacted me, I went in and picked up a Jacket, not pants, and paid $24. I showed my mom the pants and they were not hers, I returned immediately to Dorothys and asked for a refund. Dorothys management has refused twice to return my $24. They have no integrity, do not take responsibility for mistakes, and are not be trusted. They have lost me and my familys business and you would be a fool to do business with them.

I have been doing business with Dorothy Dry Cleaner for many years and their service and cleanliness is the best! As are their coupons! Over the years they have also performed free service for the charitable organizations I am part of, including cleaning prom dresses and US flags and treating our veterans as they deserve to be treated! Way to go Dorothys!

How could anyone invest their hard earned money with this company? You get what you pay for every time!"

I really want to love this place but its a challenge. They had an incredible tailor that left. The high school kids who work there are often snotty. They have made more than one mistake but have always corrected it. I like that work is done on premises, and its cheaper than the big-name competition.
