I work in Braintree since 2011 and am a transplant from New Jersey. I was living in Everett, MA at the time I started using Dependable Cleaners. I searched online for a good cleaners using reviews and they came in top of the class for the area. I did try a couple of cleaners in Everett but they failed in providing quality and good customer service. I have since moved to the South Shore and continue to trek up to Dependable. Why you may ask? because the name does say it all. I recently tried Woodlawn Cleaners in Randolph on the recommendation of a co-worker. the place was a dive and the service level was nonexistent. Dependable is great customer care, great job of taking good care of your needs and your garments. Dependable is Rockstar in my book. :-)

I never have an issue with the Braintree Dependable location. The staff are great, always friendly and helpful. My clothes are always ready on time and the service is terrific. The staff even recognize my car as I pull up to the store and have my order ready to be picked up by the time I walk in the door! I wish all my service experiences were as good as with Dependable.

After having not been into the store for awhile, it seems not too much has changed. My clothes came out fresh, crisp and clean, and it was a pleasure to meet the new store manager. The go to front counter staff was just as I remembered with Nicole making the experience memorable as always with her infectious personality and smile. Keep up the good work!

Staff is professional, courteous, friendly, and very responsive. They consistently make me feel like Im their only customer. Work is high quality, and if they ever do make a mistake (which is seldom) they make it right...no questions asked. Highly recommend!
