If I could give NO stars I would. I rented a 24ft. truck on the 10th at 12:41PM they said I had it for 24 hours. I bring the truck back THE NEXT day before 12:41PM and they tell me they are charging me for 2 days because I didnt bring the truck back at 6PM on the 10th because that was a ballpark on when I thought I would be done.. unfortunately my move wasnt done by that time BUT I was still told I had the truck for 24 hours. So, not only did I get charged for 2 days I also got wacked with a $50.00 "sales item" fee. When I spoke to the "general manager" Corey he told me it was because I didnt have the truck back at 6PM.. He was rude and very unreasonable!!!!!! All I have to say is stay clear of the Uhaul on North Main street Brockton!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

One star is too kind! These people act like asking them to do their job is an absurd expectation. If you dont want to fulfill the role of customer service, then dont get a customer service job. Ive never had a hitch before, and of course I am a little nervous and concerned. Is asking an employee to make sure everything is up to par asking too much of them? Cant wait to be done with uhaul...at her very least, this location.

While picking up my reservation I overheard the person next to me being very frustrated because her reservation was costing her more due to U-Haul messing up. I got an additional 90 miles on my reservation due to a switched reservation on a one way rental, but ended up being wrongly charged for gas. Called two days in a row with the promise of a call back, which never happened.

Called in with a simple question. After the employee who answered the phone was cussed out by her boss in the background, was put on hold indefinitely. Im beginning to suspect these reviews about the customer service might have some merit.

Excellent service and everything you need to move! Make sure to reserve your unit and show up early to pick it up. This place gets really busy the beginning and end of the month!

Great moved relatively far did everything online only issue was when I picked up the truck they said I owed a little more Money but other than that great experience
