My sincere thanks to Kendall Press, to Jacob Dickinson, Mark Sweeney and all the staff who handled my last-minute order for a memorial card for my mothers burial service and reception. From the moment I walked in and spoke to Mr Dickinson, to the welcome I received despite the few days I had to complete my order, to the immediate email responses and several drafts of the proof that came the next day, I was beyond impressed and thankful that I had chosen Kendall Press. When other printers said, "No you cant", Jacob at Kendall Press said, "Sure, lets talk about the options". What a relief! Whether youre printing for personal or professional reasons, its nice to have a pro ready and waiting with the answers. All my questions were answered quickly and professionally, and when I didnt know how to make things work, these guys had the answers. Other printers I called did not return calls, just said "no", quoted way higher prices and then 5-7 day print times. Kendall produced a great product, was way cheaper than expected, and completed my job (a large banner) in less than TWO days (submitted Tuesday at noon, and it was ready for pickup when I came in on Thursday morning). What more could you ask for? Ill definitely be using them next time.

I randomly turned up at Kendall Press today hoping to get a color printout of a print-and-play game on cardstock or even just buy a few sheets of cardstock from them if the job was too small for them to take on. It was a totally last minute request and they super-graciously turned it around for me while I waited! I really appreciated that they were willing to take on such a tiny, out-of-the-blue job and I was especially pleased by the quality of the resulting game pieces. When we played the game at work later in the day, my colleagues all remarked on how nicely it had come out. Great service. Would use again without hesitation.

Ive been working with Kendall for 6 years, originally with Mark and most recently with Jacob, doing training materials print jobs of 10 to 200 spiral bound manuals and accompanying handouts multiple times per month. The quality of their work is excellent and theyve always been accommodating when we have tight turnarounds. The few times there have been mistakes, they were quick to correct the errors and deliver new materials ASAP. Ive also used Kendall for personal jobs and you cant beat having invites printed, cut, shrink wrapped and delivered to you! Saves a lot of time, money and aggravation versus FedEx Office or DIY.
