Four Horsemen Studio

I ordered customized business cards from this place near Dartmouth Mall and initially they couldnt center the graphic to make them in store so they had to send out for them, 2 weeks later they tell me they are in so I go all the way up there only to find out much to my dismay that they are the wrong cards, Meaning the cards in my box belong to a completely different customer. So I was assured that my cards would be reordered and rush delivered. The only reason I sent them out is to make sure that the graphic had no borders and was told it wouldnt. I go home, open the box and the cards are miscut and border shows. So I just paid almost $50 for cards that I would be ashamed to pass out to represent my business and I am out the Gas and Time to go back to that store an additional day because these people cant seem to get their one job figured out. I will NEVER use their services again and I do not encourage anyone to leave their image and reputation in the hands of such an incompetent business.

Corporate Managment

This is the worst store customer service the worst is the manager is a joke poor work ethic specially the girl in charge of the photo center Bad attitude no professionalism Didnt even bother to try her best to accommodate my needs which is was really simple this is why I stick with Staples They acknowledge the customer as soon as you walk into the door and when you need service I am pulling my account from OfficeMax which I have two accounts the store looks like its closing thats why they probably dont care, people dont waste your time go somewheres where they appreciate your business and you as a person

Wow really surprise me how ppl in this place dont care will definitely reach out to the district manager they need to coach Managment and there worker just left there will never come back the young girl at the photo and copy Dept was miserable if u dont want to be there really simple leave give the job who will really appreciate people this is a public service Its called (customer service ) Corporate needs to clean up this store looks disgusting dont waste your time going here if u want to go thru a bad experience

ordered desk july 06 2016, as of this writing I have received half of the desk.... august 11 2016. If you want a product from this retailer, dont have it delivered.

Worst customer service in the entire area! Save yourself the time and aggravation! Go to Staples in Fairhaven, they are much better at helping customers!

Its a typical big box store. Prices and assortment are fair, the service is pretty good. Theres always parking out front.
