I went to to Todays Collision after reading the numerous reviews online and thought I should continue process of helping someone who can benefit from my review. Todays Collision repair did an amazing job on my recently purchased vehicle. The customer service is phenomenal and it occurred on several different occasions from Kevin, John, and Eric. When I first damaged my car, I looked up auto-bodies shops around my neighborhood in Chelsea on yelp. I went with Todays because of the numerous good reviews. And I found out why first hand. From the moment I came in, which was a few minutes after I hit a pole with my car, I was greeted with a smile and nothing but help. It really helped me calm down because I was so upset at myself. Kevin took his time to looked at my vehicle it and cleaned it up for me. He then explained exactly what I need to get done. You hardly get such time and service from a owner, but he was so nice. I didnt feel like someone was trying to swindle me, just someone truly wanting to help me. They were so flexible and willing to help, I knew I was going to them. Since, I was doing self pay, they were willing to work with me on payment options and getting a car to rent from enterprise. When I finally saved up the money and came in to fix my vehicle, John looked at the car and told me how many days it would take. He kept posted, I was even able to text him. He was super nice. They finished early then anticipated and when saw my car, all I could say was WOW! It looked better than the day I brought it. They did an amazing job. He even sent me a follow-up to text to make sure if I was happy with his work. If I ever find myself in another fender-bender, I know exactly where to go. I cannot thank you guys enough!

I cant express how wonderful Audrey and John were at Todays Collision when it came to repairing my car after I was in an accident. Not only did they fix my car in less than EIGHT days, but my car looks even BETTER than before. John expedited the repair process of my car knowing that I did not have rental coverage. Audrey helped me work a deal to get a rental car for a very affordable price. Todays Collision doesnt provide just an auto-repair service, they treated me like family and went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. Although I hope to never need their services again, I would know exactly who to call. Their customer service is beyond outstanding. I couldnt be more grateful to have been a customer of theirs.

I used to work for a car dealer who used Todays as their preferred body shop, although personally I never had work done there I have seen their work first hand. All I can say is "Perfection", I dropped my car off on my way to the airport to go on vacation, check-in took just a few minutes. When I got back less than a week later, the car was ready and looked like nothing ever happened! The process was seemless and painless, I would recommend anyone looking for a bodyshop to bring it over to Todays if they want an excellent experience! John, Eric, Kevin and all the guys over there are great! Job well done!

My wifes windshield wiper broke on her drive into work. It was going to rain all day, so I needed to drive into Chelsea from Melrose on my lunch break. I called Todays collision on my drive into town. They didnt sell wipers, but he directed me to an autoparts store close by and told me to ask for him when I got to Todays. I found the wipers and pulled in and he was ready for me. He pulled a technician off the floor and my wiper was installed, and I was on the road in less than 3 min. I got back to Melrose in time. AWESOME service. I could NEVER have pulled this off w/o all their help. Thanks

Todays Collision delivers excellent paint and body work, and excellent service; they are a pleasure to do business with. I would not have thought that Id find one of the best body shops in Massachusetts, in Chelsea, but I discovered Todays about five years ago, on the recommendation of a friend, and they have done impeccable work on our cars since than. The staff at Todays are honest and especially helpful, a pleasure to do business with. In my opinion, Todays deserves every one of five Google stars.

Had a bad experience in an accident but Frank and the team at Todays Collision took a whole lot of pain out of the process and in almost no time had my vehicle back on the road. Frank is a great advocate for his customers and takes a lot of the grief out of the repair process, and the team at the shop had my vehicle looking better than when I bought it. Good to know shops like this are out there, that really do put their customers first.

Completely impressed from start to finish. Both Eric and Audrey were not only knowledgable about the whole process, but courteous and professional in every possible way. They dealt with my insurance company, called the rental car company for me, and even gave advice that helped out big time with getting my car done on time. I had a pleasant experience in dealing with Todays Collision Center. John was very helpful in explaining their ProFirst Honda policy and how while this might be a little on the expensive side, it is a service that ensures restoration to pre-accident level. Their turnaround for my car was also quick.
