Very disappointed with the unprofessional service I received today. First, when I called about availability for a free tire rotation that goes with the set of tires I purchased there several years ago, I was told "you have had those tires for a long time". Perhaps, as in are you trying to pull a fast one on us???? I showed up at the appointed time only to have my vehicle brought in the service bay, put on the lift, partially worked on, and left there for over an hour after the technician was switched over to another customers vehicle who arrived after I did. As many of you know, a tire rotation is about a 10 minute job. Why stop half way through it? Are you trying to send a message about honoring free tire rotations? No explanations, no apologies, just it is what it is I guess. So much for any new business from me.

Cant say how pleased I am with the service we received. My husband, our two dogs and I got a flat tire while leaving Cape Cod. All the tire stores on the Cape were either closed or had a several hour wait. So we decided to drive home on the spare. Slowly. We decided to get off the check the spare and drove by firestone. I called to see how long the wait was. I was told they would get us right in. And they did! They were so nice and didnt mind having two barking dogs hanging around the parking lot. We got the new tire and were on our way! We were extremely satisfied with the service!

After picking my car up I experienced more problems with it, had to get to towed back to Firestone, then was told it was "just" a lose caliper and it would be fixed in less than 30 minutes. After waiting almost 3 hours and watching my car repeatedly go up and down on the lift I still dont get told anything about my car. Then someone who had nothing to do with the situation comes out and hands me my keys and walks away with no explanation just a sorry. Never have I ever been made out to look like an uneducated female in my life but today Firestone in North Dartmouth MA achieved that!

Took my truck in for service. Paid 700 to fix a brake pedal vibration and 2 new tires. Left and still had the brake vibration. Called and they told me to come back on sunday. I went back on sunday and manager said he couldnt take me for 4+ hrs. came back to find out that I did still in fact have an issue. I asked if they test drove vehicles after work being done. The response I got was, of COURSE! lol.......Obviously that didnt happen. Take your vehicle to another firestone. This one has issues.

Made good on promise. My run-flat tires didnt last (1year - 25k miles) like so many others. Whats not like so many others, is they way Dartmouth Firestone took care of the problem. They replaced all four badly worn tires with new Alenza-plus tires at a reasonable price and squeezed me in on a holiday weekend. KUDOS2 Chris and the guys at Dartmouth Firestone complete autocare.

I made an APPOINTMENT for tires rotated and aligned and hour long job and then waited two hours. Then the customer service rep lets my paper work sit for 10 minutes while he sell s tires to another customer.... No sorry no heres a discount, no take the survey. My husband said Ive never waited more than 45 minutes for the same procedure. Hummm,

Since this location has changed management, Its been declining in good service time to take my business elsewhere..they said I needed a thermostat and radiator because it was leaking ,to make a long story short they quoted me a price of $854 for repairs.I had another mechanic do the job turns out i didnt need a radiator job total $89.92

Brought my car in for an oil change (Crown Victoria Police Interceptor), and the price for a change was very reasonable considering the amount of oil this engine drinks. Only problem was none of the guys there had seen my type of oil drain plug before (replacement for stripped original). They were very friendly about it though!

Took my vehicle here to get the power steering looked at, quoted me $55 just to look at it because "its hard to get at" took it to Firestone in fall river where they only charge me 10 to look at. If you want to see the problem i had there go to the fall river Firestone google review page. I DO NOT RECOMEND FIRESTONE!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND..... TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 45 MINS TO AN HR FOR OIL CHANGE CAME BACK AN HR AFTER N CAR WAS NEVER BROUGHT IN. THAN WHILE THEY WERE WORKING ON MY CAR THEY STARTED TO MOCK ME BECAUSE THE COLD AIR INTAKE I HAD IN IT SAYING " ITLL BE FAST!" NEVER FO HEAR.....

Job took longer than quoted. Hang on to your wallets when you go here, they will try to sell you on a whole bunch of unnecessary services. I cant put my finger on it, but I got a real dishonest vibe from this place. I recommend just going to Sears.
