It wasnt the place I hated and the gentleman at the desk to greet me was very polite and offered me coffee and tonic...my problem is the sign out front, it offers you an oil change and tire rotation for $10.99, so I pulled in got my oil changed. The guys do the job and when its time to pay, the guy asked for $25.00... I said what happened to the $10.99 deal.? He replied "Oh that is for Midas credit card holders only... Do you have a Midas credit card..? No I dont have one. Just a sneaky way to get you in there. I went outside and looked at the board and the only thing it said Ask for details..I shouldve known something was up because he never asked me about my tires. Again Im not going to blame the guys over a Midas scam. Who knows I couldve became a client but know well never know. So let it be known as for Asking for details doesnt mean you might need an extra quart or two or if you want synthetic oil but do you have a Midas Credit Card.?

Went in because I thought I needed brakes due to loud squeaking. Earl came back in 30 mins to let me know a list of items that needed fixing. I had a service package with the dealer that I think will address most, if not all of the items at no cost . Earl explained that the squeaking was caused by a backing plate that they just adjusted easily. He recommended I get new tires but I also have a package for that. If anything is not included Im bringing it right back to Midas to do it all.Great customer service. Exceptional and trustworthy service all too uncommon in business these days. Thank you Earl and the team at Midas.

Second bad experience at this location. Both times Ive gone in there to get an oil change and an inspection I was told, "We cant do they inspection and the oil change will be a few hours." No reason behind not being able to do inspection. And a, "few hours for an oil change," is the most rediculous thing Ive ever heard. Once is understandable but twice? No thanks ill take my money elsewhere and BTW I only do full synthetic oil changes and I do the religiously every 3000 miles. They made it abundantly clear they dont want my business. Please dont give them yours.

This mechanic shop, let alone this Midas, is the BEST shop in the whole Boston area! I have been bringing my car to them since 2010 and now I wont go anywhere else. I drive all the way to Quincy from Needham - even "just for an oil change." The whole staff is friendly and courteous. In addition, the waiting area is well stocked with reading material, Keurig coffee, soda and water that they provide for free. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they changed the oil but neglected to rotate the tires. I have lighter colored valve stem caps on my front tires and black valve cap stem caps on the rear tires. Pretty easy for me to see if my tires were actually rotated. I wont be going back to this dump again

This place was professional, courteous, HONEST and bent over backward to save me money. Even if their services cost a little more than other places (which they dont, theyll match anyones) I would pay the extra or drive a little further to patronize them. Very impressive.
