This the most incompetent post office I have ever had to use ! I had a PO Box here and they need to refund my money for the terrible mail service ! The most headache of getting your mail is here at this place ! Never again. The staff is rude as hell for no apparent reason! Waiting in line is one thing but dealing with a rude customer service is the icing on the cake after standing in line for 30 mins bc their staff openly disappears durning working hours . I know bc the only lonely worker left to serve 10 plus people is standing there lost and dont know where the other work is! Just sad ! Then by treat you like your an inconvenience to the mailing process all bc you ask for clarification. Like the other reviews said they are VERY prejudice!

A man who answered the phone was very RUDE. Woukdnt let me get rmtwi words in. I had a package that was there oct 5th that was suppose to be forwarded to everett bcus i moved. I askd y my email said unbelievable there response was the guy working thst day didnt kno what hecwas doing? It went to providence then to boston now says its back in chelsea at post office i wanted to see if i can just pick up my package in person i been waiting two weeks. The man wouldnt let me talk at all said what city is your mail going to i said well everett but then he read me some other number real fast an hung up. Are you kidden me?? Unbelievable!!!!

Its been a week that i have not recieved my mail and this is not the first time i have had this issue. I called to speak to someone who claimed they could not help me and told me to call back the next day. I have called several times and no one answers and it says they are open until 5pm. I also called the 1800 number and it says the wait time is 50 minutes. That is ridiculous. Im upset because i have important documents that should have been here days ago. So now because someone is not doing their job i have to wait over the weekend to go out of my way to go to the office to complain..

Very bad costumer service. I went once an wont go again. Mean, uninformed people, some act as I must know Spanish to be payed any attention... very slow... Barked at me to go in line, as there were two lines going on ordering me to go at the end of the other line....The women was looking at me as if she is frustrated that I am there not to mention the way she replays when asked a question.... I think she was the manager on shift as the other women behind the counter was afraid to say a word.

The worst post office Ive ever been in. The African American teller who works there is the rudest "customer service" rep Ive ever encountered; once she even announced to the entire line what I was mailing and complained that I had asked for a piece of tape. I bring my mailing material somewhere else, as coming to this location always ruins my day.

This place should either get shut down or get new employees that actually know what theyre doing not the idiots that they have working there.

They never pick up the phone! Ive had a package that was supposed to get delivered at a certain date, and it has been 6 days and the package still has not gone out for re-delivery. This is why we dont do business with USPS... THEY ARE YEARS BEHIND IN LOGISTICS! DECADES I SHOULD SAY.

I dont know why this place has so many bad reviews, I went here to deliver a package and pick up some boxes. I also asked some questions because Im a bit new to buying priority mail and everyone was nice and did not do anything wrong. Great place!

I have never had a bad experience here, but I have noticed some people that work here treat people who speak a foreign language or who are of color poorly. There is one woman who is great though and she usually works during the day.

I had a good experience at this location. I found the employees to be helpful and reasonably efficient. The wait time was about 10 min on a Saturday afternoon. Obviously, the prices are far cheaper than UPS or FedEx.
