They do good work (as far as I can tell) at fair prices, but something relatively small tends to go wrong. They also need to work on how they respond to customer complaints, which typically amounts to "its not our fault" or worse (keep reading). After three separate service experiences on two different cars, none of which resulted in a trouble-free experience, I wont take my business there any more. And honestly, I cant say that I think they really care. The problems Ive had include: The first service, they underestimated the cost to replace brake pads and rotors by more than $100. I paid the charge in full without complaint, although they knew I was frustrated. The second service, they dinged one alloy wheel during a tire rotation, which the shop manager refused to take responsibility for, but the owner offered to fix it. I didnt take him up on it because I couldnt be without my car for the 2 days or more it would take to get the wheel fixed. The third service, they forgot to leave my key in my car as I asked them to so I could pick it up after hours, so I ended up having to wait an hour for the owner to come get my key. (Luckily I was able to find a way to reach him and luckily he came to help me.) They offered a small refund which I didnt think was sufficient, after which the owner said how much he was inconvenienced by coming to help and accused me of "blackmail" for wanting a more significant refund. Adding insult to injury is no way to treat a repeat customer. The owners comment below about me "hustling" them for $250 in cash is completely false.

Brought my car back multiple times for unresolved issues (I understand the nature of my car problems were exceptionally complicated but I would have preferred to leave my car with them longer and have the car returned with all issues resolved). I was given a loaner while my car was in the shop which seriously diminished the inconvenience of leaving my car. Upon dropping my car off for the third time I was told I needed to stop suggesting to the staff I deserve more expedient service since I had already paid for the maintenance. Although frustrated with my situation, I had never mentioned anything of the sort so this comment definitely put me off. Additionally, non-essential parts within my car were broken upon being returned to me (change drawer latch completely broken, perhaps they mistook it for the lever to open the hood?). Previously I had used Minuteman Auto for 99% of my car maintenance needs and was entirely happy with their service, but my most recent experience has left me dissatisfied.

These people do an amazing job!! I came in here for my front bumper repair. Sam is a very patient guy who goes through all the options available to you and makes you understand each and every thing that goes in for the repair. The pricing is the most reasonable i got after i went around several auto body shops for an estimate. Delivered on time with everything fixed just how i wanted with a bit of tweaks here and there that were done in addition to the bumper repair. Thoroughly impressed with their work and the amount they charged me for it. I would highly recommend this place.

First time I was here I needed a quick fix on a tire, in and out with enough time to grab food on my break! Second time I limped in with what turned out to be a seized engine (whoops...) I needed to junk my car, they assisted me with setting it up and let my car sit on the lot without pressure. Even when I was a pain in the butt and overstayed a week longer than expected they were still very generous, kind and polite. Thank you for your services!

Getting a state inspection done was fast and painless. The staff was knowledgeable about my questions regarding my out of state vehicle and I didnt feel like I was getting swindled into some Auto Shop scheme. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. I also appreciate that on service and repairs theres a military discount. Its conveniently located to me, so Ill probably be back.

My husband brought his truck in because he was leaking oul. He thought he needed a rear main bearing seal. We expected to spend hundreds of dollars. They could have said that it was the seal and charged us hundreds. Instead they fixed the problem and it cost us only $20.00. I was surprised at how honest they were. I give them a thumbs up.

I have been servicing my Toyota minivan at minuteman automotive for 3 years and service have been prompt and the price is reasonable. Sam the owner been very helpful in giving me loaners when needed. The mechanics are really good they diagnose the problems quickly. I highly recommend this place for state inspections and repair
