Please avoid this place since they try to and take advantage of you if you are a girl! I dropped my car off there cause it was making a strange noise and I got a good recommendation from a guy friend. The owner called and said I needed a lot of work done - front axels, rotators, brake plates. He told me it was going to cost $2000. I thought this seemed high so I called another place for an estimate. The other place said it should only cost $1000. I called back mike and bills and told them I was taking my business elsewhere since $2000 was too high. After I hung up he called me back 2 minutes later and told me he got a good deal on the parts and it would only be $1000. Complete scam! He tried to overcharge me by $1000 just because I was a girl and he didnt think I knew better. Ive never been more insulted and the owner was not the nicest, he told me to call the dealership if I didnt believe how much the parts would cost. If I wanted to pay dealership prices then I woudl have brought it to a dealership to be fixed. Save your time and go elsewhere, this place is a ripoff!

My 97 Acura Integra broke down at the Dedham Mall. I called AAA and a tow-truck driver from Bill and Mikes came out to help. The driver was very curtious and he seemed to handle my car with care. I had Bill and Mikes replace the fly-wheel and clutch in my car. I am happy with the job they did, and they were very curtious during the process. They even offered to come pick me up when the job was done. I was especially impressed that they also noticed I needed a new transmission mount. I had complained to other shops about some play in the shifter but the other shops just told me it was normal. Now the shifter feels right.

Bill and Mike are great mechanics. This is THE place to take your car when you need it fixed or serviced. They are honest and very reasonable with prices for service. They will tell you what you think its going to cost you and its usually spot on. Just brought my car here for a tire rotation. My tires are still good, and I was also able to (without an appointment) have them check my breaks, which they replaced, and changed the oil, within an hour and a half. Its comforting to find someone who you can go to who wont rip you off and will take care of your car.

I brought them my Jetta, because the steering rack was broken. They did a fine job with the rack, but they put transmission fluid where they were supposed to put steering fluid! Not cool. I was out of town when my car started making weird sounds, and I had to stay there overnight while another mechanic flushed out the whole thing and put in the right fluid. In these guys defense, they did reimburse me for the work done. Still, not good for my little car and a big inconvenience.

I found these guys a while ago thanks to a friends recommendation and I havent gone anywhere else since. Ive primarily gone in for inspections. But before here I had bad experiences with other places in the city (either charging too much or strongly encouraging unnecessary work) and thankfully things are much different now. Always a pleasure doing business with their crew.

A few months ago, I took my Suzuki Swift (thats like a Geo metro) 5 speed in to Bill & Mike Automotive; Bill gave me an estimate of $2000, and it ended up being $1500 including a new clutch, plus sending my transmission away for rebuilding. I felt it was very reasonable, and was grateful that the charges ended up lowered then the estimate.

This is the most hack business in the area. the owners just bought it and dont know the first thing about running a business. The mechanics are drunks that drink all day long at work. The tow drivers have no expierence. watch out the drivers damage cars all day long and when the customers complain they will tell you to leave!!!

Ok, so Ive lived all over the US in many different cities, and I just have to say that Bill & Mike Automotive, has thee best customer service ever. They know what theyre doing there, and its such a relief knowing my car is in great hands whenever I need a service. Thank you guys for being so knowledgeable, and about your business.

I came in for a tune-up. I have to say they are quick and fast with the service. They didnt waste any time. I was on a 2 hour break for work and he told me that your car will done less than 2 hours. They got it done by an hour. I was so happy with the service here at Bill and Mike Automotive. Thanks for tuning up my car.

Brought my car here for inspection. Owner/ guy who runs the place was super nice and fair. Service was really good, and also fast. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future service it needs.

My head gasket blew and couldnt leave my driveway. I called AAA and Bill and Mikes came out within 5 minutes of the call. The driver was professional and courteous.
