I have been going to this Firestone location for a few years now. I have two trucks. I get my oil changes here, if I run over nails (ran over two today in both passenger side tires on the way to work...); they do the best job fixing tires. I also bought a set of tires here last year for my 4Runner, and they fixed my flats for free! I cant say enough good about the service here. Everyone is top notch and has great attitudes, goes above and beyond, and seem passionate about getting it right. I cant say enough good about this place. Supporting these folks is supporting good service which is hard to come by nowadays. Tip: I always call in advance to see if they are busy and if so I make an appt for the best time to come in. They are usually busy (which is goos to see) and are moving a lot of vehicles though. They are always straight with me on what a good time to come in may be or if another time may be better, etc.. If you need any of the services these folks are providing them and by all means check them out.

I been treated so well here, many times, but most recently, and most importantly, just today. My car had broken down in the town I work in, and I got a local garage to jump the car (which was steps from their garage), and replace the battery (which was the problem). It cost over $100 for the battery, and $55 for "labor"/road service." Firestone had put the original battery in only 6 months previous. When I contacted Firestone next morning about it, Brian (the manager?) confirmed the actual date Id had the old battery installed with them, told me to come right over and he would give me my money back for the battery. I did come by, and he refunded my credit card the entire $180 (parts plus the labor), with a smile, and with some sympathy for my difficult experience the night before. Im a single woman, and it felt great to have Brian give me no hassles and the least possible hardship in getting this taken care of. What a joy...if you can ever say that about car service.

The experts at this Firestone location have saved me a large amount of money over the years. They are very convenient... willing to flex times for appointments...and they communicate oh so well... telling me what might need done... how long until certain repairs need to be accomplished.... and they are simply a superb place to bring ones car! Very happy with this great facility and its whole staff.

Please do yourself a favor by going elsewhere for your car care needs. There are too many descriptive words that I could use to describe this " business" and the employees dishonest incompetent lying untrustworthy arrogant inept criminal Do you get the point yet. I guarantee that if you ignore this warning you will be able to add to my list i.e. unintelligent sleazy corrupt You could go on all day

Honestly was super helpful. I was in desperate need of an oil change and although they werent able to schedule an appointment with me after my job, but they were able to get me in right away as I was on the phone with them. Great customer service and provided the best service to my car too. Highly Recommend them. Going back soon

Im not sure what the other complaints were, but this Firestone was able to diagnosis my cars problem, were very upfront that they would not be able to fix it and did not charge me a dime for their trouble. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and patient. Id recommend them.

Told them to change the tire valve stem but they broke the pressure sensor! Now I have to buy another sensor then to pay to programming it!!!
