I just had Duffy redo my roof. The estimate was very detailed about materials and work detail to be done. They also accommodated my need to have it done before an appraiser was scheduled. Five men came and got right to work. The quality of the workmanship appears excellent. The addition of a ridge vent to replace old vents has already proven wise. Recently we had a three day heat wave . The second floor of my house was much more comfortable then ever before under these circumstances. This morning the heat wave broke and the attic is already cool. I will report back after the winter, yet I anticipate no problems with ice dams etc. I will also add that all phone calls were answered and returned if necessary. I found Duffy to be real pros.

I THOUGHT I was getting a good deal on the portion of roof, I had done by Duffy Roofing 6 years ago. The lone workman seemed knowledgeable and experienced. But when most of Boston flooded, and a lot of people were horrified to discover their new roofs leaked, I too had leaks. I am now having to have the work completely redone. My biggest issue was that Duffy refused to return my calls. When I actually spoke to my contact person, he blew me off saying it was unusual circumstances, and hung up. I never was able to get anyone to even come out and look at the problem! I mean, at least BOTHER to LOOK like your guarantee means something! This time, I am being very careful.

Duffy Roofing installed a roof on my home 11 years ago. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! The IKO shingles, guaranteed for 35 years, failed in 8. They installed those shingles over already existing two layers on one area of the roof, but incredibly, they installed shingles over three layers on another side of the house. No flashing was used to prevent leaks. Instead, they tarred the area around the chimney and in the valleys. Needless to say, a new roof is presently being installed after layers of shingles are being ripped off, increasing the cost of the project significantly. Find a more competent professional company to roof your home.

Sorry First to come and Last to get a price If we ever get it ,We had 7 Roof Co Come Duffy is The closest ,Told us we dont need gutter and just go over the garge roof .be cheaper they dont do attic Inserlastion But ad says they do never the less .. We never got a Price1!!! So at this point cant say how there work is,Sales man said he did the house next store I asked why the lead wasnt replace he said the oweners didnt want it !!I asked Them well they thought it was when I asked Just cant say anything bad about Duffy But there is no way They will work here

as a homeowner in boston for over 30 years, i have worked with many roofers. NONE have been as professional, skilled and reliable as Duffy. if you dont at least have Duffy assess your roof and provide you a quote, you deserve to get whatever problems with your roof you will no doubt have.

PLEASE RETURN MY PHONE CALLS ROOF IN JP DAMAGED FROM STORM AND NEEDS REPAIR. INSTALLED BY DUFFY 10 YEARS AGO AND HAS BEEN A GREAT ROOF. NOW IT IS AN OPEN GASH OF RAFTERS AND SHEATHING.
